Discipline inspection and supervision organs are an important force in advancing comprehensive and strict governance of the Party in depth. 强化政治监督、保障政令畅通，是纪检监察机关护航中心大局的职责所在。要始终聚焦“两个维护”根本任务，紧扣党中央各项决策部署落实情况，做深做实政治监督，推动做到有令必行、有禁必止，全力保障改革攻坚、发展提质。

"Supervise specifically" by identifying entry points. 风腐问题破坏公平正义、损害营商环境、扰乱经济秩序，是实现中国式现代化的“拦路虎”“绊脚石”。要主动适应当前反腐败斗争形势，把握风腐一体交织特点，一步不停歇、半步不退让，坚决打好反腐败斗争攻坚战、持久战、总体战，着力营造更加积极健康的政治生态、公平有序的发展环境。

持续深化整治群众身边不正之风和腐败问题。二十届中央纪委四次全会对深化整治群众身边不正之风和腐败问题作出专门部署，要求再狠抓两年、确保取得更大成效。我们要从民心向背的高度，再加力、再攻坚、再突破，着力推动改革发展成果更多更公平惠及全体人民。要紧抓责任“牛鼻子”，深化“党委政府主责、纪委牵头抓总、部门协同推动、市县主抓主战”的联动体系，层层压实责任，严防松劲懈怠，凝心聚力打好总体战。要紧盯县级主战场，用好下沉指导、带案下访、领导包案等举措，针对工作薄弱县加强重点督导、蹲点帮扶，推动认识统一到位、工作到边到底。要切实提升群众获得感，健全完善“群众点题、部门答题、纪委监督、社会评价”等机制，聚焦“校园餐”、农村集体“三资”管理、乡村振兴资金使用监管、医保基金管理、养老服务等方面突出问题，拿出硬招实招，做到真抓实抓，让群众感受到每年都有新变化新进展。

We must take the pain points of the grassroots as the targets of rectification, focus on prominent problems such as documents and meetings that are "ostensibly reduced but not actually reduced," excessive and overly frequent supervision, inspection, and assessment, excessive emphasis on leaving traces, and layer upon layer of escalation, identify the crux of the problem, target efforts precisely, and continuously enhance the sense of burden reduction among grassroots cadres and the masses. On the one hand, we must consolidate achievements to prevent backsliding, continue to effectively streamline documents and meetings, standardize supervision, inspection, and assessment, and rectify the problem of "excessive hanging of signs" at the grassroots level, persisting over time and repeatedly striking, promoting quantitative change to bring about qualitative change. Zhejiang Province has carried out rectification of "formalism at the fingertips" for two consecutive years, implementing measures such as reduction and cancellation, integration and merger, and optimization and upgrading in a stratified and categorized manner, so that cadres have more time and energy to visit villages and households to ascertain the facts and do practical things. On the other hand, we must deepen rectification to prevent mutation, keep a close watch on new dynamics, new manifestations, and new trends of formalism, respond quickly and correct them early, and resolutely prevent them from becoming a trend or a force.

实实在在为基层减负。形式主义问题加重基层负担、增加工作能耗、阻碍高质量发展政策落地，干部群众反映强烈。要把基层痛点作为整治靶点，聚焦文件会议“明减实不减”以及督检考过多过频、过度留痕、层层加码等突出问题，找准症结、靶向发力，不断增强基层干部群众减负获得感。一方面，要巩固成果防反弹，持续抓好精文减会、规范督检考、基层组织“滥挂牌”问题整治等，久久为功、反复敲打，以量变促质变。浙江连续两年开展“指尖上的形式主义”整治，分层分类推动削减取消、整合兼并、优化提升等措施，让干部有更多时间和精力走村入户查实情、办实事。另一方面，要深化整治防变异，紧盯形式主义新动态、新表现、新趋势，快速反应、及早纠治，坚决防止成风成势。
