统筹运用纪法“两把尺子”抓纪律建设，纪检监察机关责任重大、使命光荣。在《习近平党建文选》第二卷《在新的起点上深化国家监察体制改革》中，习近平总书记指出：“在新的起点上深化党的纪律检查体制和国家监察体制改革，为新时代完善和发展中国特色社会主义制度、推进全面从严治党提供重要制度保障。”新时代党的纪律检查体制和国家监察体制改革，将原本分散的监督力量深度整合，组建国家和地方各级监察委员会、与同级纪委合署办公，合署办公体制下的纪委与监委各有侧重、协同配合，推动实现纪法贯通、法法衔接，构建起统一决策、一体运行的执纪执法工作机制，实现党内监督全覆盖、对公职人员监察全覆盖，有力推动了监督执纪全覆盖、系统化、高效化，为纪律执行提供了坚实组织基础和制度保障。

When discipline thrives, the Party thrives; when discipline is strong, the Party is strong. Strict discipline is an inherent political character of Marxist political parties and a valuable historical experience in the continuous growth and strengthening of our Party. Persisting in governing the entire Party with strict discipline, uniting hearts and souls with iron discipline, and fulfilling the mission with iron responsibility will make observing rules and clarifying bottom lines the ideological and action consciousness of all Party members, forever preserve the Party's advanced nature and purity through revolutionary tempering, safeguard Chinese-path modernization with strict discipline so that it proceeds steadily and far, and continuously deliver outstanding answers worthy of history and the people on the new road of the examination.

纪律兴则党兴，纪律强则党强。严明纪律是马克思主义政党与生俱来的政治品格，是我们党不断发展壮大的宝贵历史经验。坚持用严明的纪律管全党治全党，以铁的纪律凝心聚魂，以铁的担当践行使命，就能使守规矩、明底线成为全体党员的思想自觉和行动自觉，在革命性锻造中永葆党的先进性和纯洁性，以严明纪律护航中国式现代化行稳致远，在新的赶考之路上不断交出无愧于历史和人民的优异答卷。
