Deng Chundong Attends the Signing Ceremony for the Second Round of Strategic Cooperation between the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Ningbo City, and the Academic Investigation Symposium of Academic Division Members

On the afternoon of October 31, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) and Ningbo City held the signing ceremony for the second round of strategic cooperation, and it was determined that a CASS Academic Division Member Ningbo Workstation would be established. After the meeting, from November 1 to 3, Wang Weiguang, President and Party Group Secretary of CASS, led a CASS Academic Division Member investigation team to conduct a three-day academic investigation activity in Ningbo.

10月31日下午，中国社科院与宁波市举行第二轮战略合作签约，并确定设立中国社科院学部委员宁波工作站。会后，11月1日至3日，中国社科院院长、党组书记王伟光，率领中国社科院学部委员考察团在宁波进行为期三天的学术考察活动。

Zhao Shengxuan, Vice President and Deputy Party Group Secretary of CASS; Liu Qi, Member of the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Ningbo Municipal Party Committee; CASS Vice Presidents Li Jie, Zhang Jiang, and Li Peilin; Zhang Yingwei, Head of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection stationed at CASS; Liu Guoguang, former Vice President of CASS and Academic Division Member; Ru Xin, former Executive Vice President of CASS and Academic Division Member; and Lu Ziye, Deputy Secretary of the Ningbo Municipal Party Committee and Acting Mayor, were present. Yu Hongyi, Member of the Standing Committee of the Ningbo Municipal Party Committee and Head of the Propaganda Department, presided over the event.

Zhao Shengxuan and Lu Ziye signed the second-round strategic cooperation framework agreement on behalf of their respective sides. Li Peilin and Vice Mayor Zhang Minghua signed the agreement on behalf of their respective sides for the cooperative establishment of the Academic Division Member Ningbo Workstation.

赵胜轩与卢子跃分别代表双方签署第二轮战略合作框架协议，李培林与副市长张明华代表双方签订合作共建学部委员宁波工作站协议。

Five years ago, CASS and Ningbo signed the first-round strategic cooperation framework agreement. Over the past five years, CASS has cooperated with 13 government departments (research units) and five undergraduate institutions in our city, jointly establishing 17 research centers and setting up two research bases in Ningbo. They have successively completed over 300 cooperative projects, jointly trained 62 master’s and doctoral students with Ningbo University, and mutually appointed 20 supervisors.

５年前，中国社科院与宁波签署第一轮战略合作框架协议。５年来，中国社科院与我市13个政府部门（研究单位）、５所本科院校开展合作，共建了17个研究中心，在宁波设立了２个研究基地。先后完成了300多项合作课题，与宁波大学联合培养硕士、博士生共62人，双方互聘导师20人。

The Strategic Cooperation Office between CASS and Ningbo City is located in the Academy of Marxism. Deng Chundong, Director of the Strategic Cooperation Office and President and Party Committee Secretary of the Academy of Marxism, attended the meeting.
