“The Fourth China-Russia-Central and Eastern Europe Development Strategy Forum” Opens in Poland

国际在线报道（中国国际广播电台记者 汤黎）：当地时间６月４日，由中国社会科学院马克思主义研究院与波兰维斯图拉大学联合主办的国际论坛——“第四届中国、俄罗斯、中东欧发展战略论坛”开幕式暨“国际格局变动与重组中的中国和波兰未来发展趋势”研讨会在波兰维斯图拉大学举行。

Scholars from China and Poland focused their heated discussion on cooperation and exchange between China and Poland under China's Belt and Road Initiative. Polish scholars introduced Poland's friendship toward China from a historical perspective, expressing the hope that Chinese investment would pay greater attention to improving the livelihood of the Polish people, such as in areas like housing improvement in Poland; they also hoped that the two countries could further enhance exchanges in education, humanities, and other fields. Chinese scholars, building on existing academic achievements, outlined the prospects for cooperation between China and Central and Eastern Europe under the Belt and Road Initiative, and presented the opportunities and challenges facing such cooperation. In addition, Polish scholars introduced Poland's economic development situation, education system, and international exchanges, while Chinese scholars provided explanations and descriptions concerning China's promotion of opening up amid the current changing world pattern, the opportunities brought by the Belt and Road Initiative to China and countries along its routes, the global significance of China's proposed new development concepts, and the need for China to actively construct its own discourse system in the world.

中波双方学者重点围绕中国“一带一路”倡议下中国与波兰的合作与交流展开了热烈的讨论。波兰学者从历史的角度介绍了波兰对中国的友好，期待中国的投资更加注重改善波兰的民生，如波兰的住宅改善等方面；希望两国能够进一步增进教育和人文等方面的交流。中国学者则在现有学术成果的基础上，展望了“一带一路”倡议下中国与中东欧合作的前景，提出了合作面临的机遇与挑战。此外，波兰学者还介绍了波兰的经济发展状况、教育体制、国际交流等方面情况，中国学者则就中国身处当今变动中的世界格局下推进对外开放的情况、“一带一路”倡议给中国及沿线各国带来的机遇、中国提出的新发展理念所具有的世界意义、中国需要积极构建自己在世界上的话语体系等内容进行了介绍与说明。

据悉，此后，“第四届中国、俄罗斯、中东欧发展战略论坛”还将在塞尔维亚的贝尔格莱德、俄罗斯的莫斯科和圣彼得堡召开3次会议。
