October 12, Comrade Jiang Hui, Member of the Party Leadership Group of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Announces on Behalf of the Academy Party Leadership Group that Comrade Xin Xiangyang Has Been Appointed Secretary of the Party Committee of the Academy of Marxism

On October 12, the Academy of Marxism held a meeting of all personnel. Comrade Jiang Hui, Member of the Party Leadership Group of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Director of the Institute of Contemporary China Studies, and concurrently President of the Academy of Marxism, announced on behalf of the Academy Party Leadership Group the decision on cadre appointments and removals: Comrade Xin Xiangyang has been appointed Secretary of the Party Committee of the Academy of Marxism; Comrade Fan Jianxin is no longer Secretary of the Party Committee of the Academy of Marxism and will be assigned to other duties. Comrade Ke Wenjun, Deputy Director of the Bureau of Personnel and Education of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, attended the meeting. Comrade Jia Chaoning, Vice President of the Academy of Marxism, presided over the meeting. All cadres of the Academy of Marxism attended the meeting.

10月12日，马研院召开全体人员会议，中国社会科学院党组成员、当代中国研究所所长兼马克思主义研究院院长姜辉同志代表院党组宣布干部任免决定：辛向阳同志任马研院党委书记，樊建新同志不再担任马研院党委书记，另有任用。中国社会科学院人事教育局副局长柯文俊出席会议，马研院副院长贾朝宁主持会议，马研院全体干部参加会议。
