在这春意盎然、万物复苏的美好时节，我们迎来了第115个“三八”国际妇女节。为了贯彻落实习近平总书记关于“两个结合”的指示精神，进一步增强我院职工对中华优秀传统文化的理解与自信，马克思主义研究院工会、妇工委于2025年3月6日上午主办了“剪纸忆峥嵘 巾帼绽芳华”主题活动。全院45位女职工参加活动，马克思主义研究院党委书记罗文东出席活动并致辞，马克思主义研究院副院长于海青主持本次活动。

Luo Wendong first, on behalf of the leadership team of the Academy of Marxism, extended festive congratulations to all female comrades of the Academy of Marxism, including retired cadres and current staff. He pointed out that in recent years, under the strong leadership and support of the Party Committee and the Trade Union of the Academy of Marxism, the Women’s Work Committee of the Academy of Marxism, taking struggle as beauty and practical work as honour, has earnestly fulfilled its responsibilities of guidance, service, and liaison, actively and proactively carrying out distinctive activities and various routine activities, achieving good results. In 2023, it was awarded the title of “March 8th Red-Banner Collective of the Central and State Organs”; in 2024, the Women’s Work Committee of the Academy of Marxism was awarded the title of “Outstanding Women’s Organisation for Women’s Meritorious Service of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences”. Luo Wendong read out the “Decision on Commending Our Academy’s Advanced Collectives (Individuals) for Women’s Meritorious Service, Most Beautiful Families, and Outstanding Women’s Organisations (Work Cadres)” issued by the General Office of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and, on behalf of the Party Committee, extended warm congratulations to the award-winning individuals and collectives of the Academy of Marxism.

罗文东首先代表马研院领导班子向马研院包括离退休干部、在职人员在内的全体女同志表示节日的祝贺。他指出，近年来在马研院党委、工会的领导与大力支持下，马研院妇工委以奋斗唯美，实干为荣，切实履行引领、服务、联系职责，积极、主动地开展特色活动和各项常规活动，取得了较好的成绩。2023年度荣获“中央和国家机关三八红旗集体”称号；2024年度马研院妇工委荣获“中国社会科学院巾帼建功优秀妇女组织”称号。罗文东宣读了中国社会科学院办公厅印发的《关于表彰我院巾帼建功先进集体（个人）、最美家庭、优秀妇女组织（工作干部）的决定》，并代表党委向马研院获奖的个人和集体表示热烈的祝贺。

Luo Wendong pointed out that 2025 has many memorable anniversaries, including the 90th anniversary of the victorious convening of the Zunyi Conference [1]1 The Zunyi Conference was a pivotal meeting of the Chinese Communist Party held in January 1935 during the Long March, at which Mao Zedong began to assume leadership of the Party and military., the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War, the 80th anniversary of the victorious convening of the Seventh National Congress of the CPC [2]2 The Seventh National Congress of the CPC, held in Yan’an in April-June 1945, formally established Mao Zedong Thought as the Party’s guiding ideology., and the 115th anniversary of International Women’s Day on March 8th. This paper-cutting activity carefully selected a red revolutionary theme. Through the paper-cutting reproduction of multiple revolutionary scenes from the Zunyi Conference, the Long March, and the War of Resistance Against Japan, it revisits the arduous revolutionary years, guiding female staff to remain true to their original aspiration and inspire women’s aspirations; through exploring the mysteries of paper-cutting, it jointly appreciates and practises the profound heritage and aesthetic value of China’s excellent traditional intangible cultural heritage, strengthening cultural confidence, and contributing women’s strength to better inheriting China’s excellent traditional culture.

罗文东指出，2025年值得纪念的日子很多，包括纪念遵义会议胜利召开90周年、纪念中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利80周年、纪念党的七大胜利召开80周年、纪念“三八”国际妇女节115周年等。本次剪纸活动精心选取红色革命主题，通过对遵义会议、长征和抗日战争中多个革命场景的剪纸复刻，重温革命峥嵘岁月，引导女职工不忘初心，激扬巾帼之志；通过对剪纸奥妙的探索，共同领略和实践中华优秀传统非遗文化的深厚底蕴和美学价值，坚定文化自信，为更好地传承中华优秀传统文化，贡献巾帼力量。

Subsequently, Secretary Luo Wendong and Vice-President Yu Haiqing congratulated two female staff members of the Academy of Marxism, Liu Ying and Liu Sitong, who had just returned to work after finishing maternity leave, and presented them with congratulatory bonuses, reflecting the care and concern of the Party organisation of the Academy of Marxism for the lives of female comrades.

随后，罗文东书记和于海青副院长向马研院两位刚刚结束产假返岗工作的女职工刘影和刘思彤表示祝贺，并颁发了祝贺金，体现了马研院党组织对女同志生活的关心、关爱。

Subsequently, led by Vice-President Yu Haiqing, the female staff of the Academy of Marxism embarked on the splendid “Paper-Cutting Recalls the Arduous Years; Women Blossom with Splendour” paper-cutting and engraving activity.

随后，在于海青副院长的带领下，马研院女职工们开启了精彩的“剪纸忆峥嵘 巾帼绽芳华”剪、刻纸活动。

Pieces of paper-cutting works with a red revolutionary theme not only displayed the traditional beauty of the art of paper-cutting but also expressed the remembrance of revolutionary forebears by the female staff of the Academy of Marxism.

The Trade Union and the Women’s Work Committee of the Academy of Marxism organised this themed activity at an opportune time, and it is of great significance. Everyone expressed that, as staff of the Academy of Marxism of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, we must strengthen cultural confidence, and contribute the women’s wisdom and women’s strength of our Academy of Marxism to better inheriting China’s excellent traditional culture and continuously adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of the times.
