Digital Empowerment, Smart Guidance — The Academy of Marxism Conducts Training on the Use of Library Digital Resources

With the high regard and strong support of the Party Group of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the CASS Library has recently completed the construction of its digital library portal website. To promote the widespread application of digital resources and enhance their utilization efficiency, on the morning of March 13, library staff came to the Academy of Marxism to conduct training on the use of library digital resources. A total of over 80 current and retired personnel from the Academy of Marxism participated in the training.

在社科院党组的高度重视与大力支持下，社科院图书馆最近完成了数字图书馆门户网站建设。为推动数字资源的广泛应用，提升数字资源的使用效能，3月13日上午，院图书馆工作人员来马研院举办了图书馆数字资源使用培训，马研院在职和退休人员共80多位参加了培训。​

Before the training, Chen Zhigang, Vice President of the Academy of Marxism, on behalf of the Academy of Marxism, welcomed the library staff who came to the Academy of Marxism for the training. He pointed out that the use of digital resources is very important for scientific research work, and expressed the hope that everyone would make full use of this training, master the various functions proficiently, and help enhance the level of scientific research.

培训前，马研院副院长陈志刚代表马研院对图书馆工作人员来马研院培训表示欢迎。他指出数字资源的使用对于科研工作非常重要，希望大家能够充分利用此次培训，熟练掌握各项功能，助力科研水平提升。

During the training, Zhao Yian, Director of the Construction Department of the National Center for Philosophy and Social Sciences Documentation, provided a detailed introduction to the various resources and functions of the digital library portal website, including literature retrieval, AI academic assistant, paper plagiarism check, personal cloud drive, remote login, and so on. Zhao Yian also introduced other scientific research service resources of the CASS Library, such as the media center, meeting rooms, interview rooms, and interview equipment. He also emphasized the importance of network and information security, stating that classified materials must not be uploaded to the internet, and that which is uploaded to the internet must not be classified.

培训过程中，国家哲学社会科学文献中心建设部主任赵以安详细介绍了数字图书馆门户网站各项资源和功能的使用，包括文献检索、AI学术助手、论文查重、个人云盘、远程登录等。赵以安还介绍了社科院图书馆媒体中心、会议室、访谈室、采访设备等其他科研服务资源。他还强调网络和信息安全的重要性，要做到涉密不上网，上网不涉密。

At the conclusion of the training, Luo Wendong, Party Secretary on behalf of the Academy of Marxism, delivered remarks. He expressed gratitude to Zhao Yian and his team for coming to the Academy of Marxism for the training, emphasized that scientific research and editorial personnel should actively make good use of the library's various resources in their daily work, continuously enhance their own scientific research capabilities and work efficiency, and, using practical examples, particularly stressed the importance of network and information security.

培训结束时，党委书记罗文东代表马研院做了发言。他对赵以安一行来马研院培训表示感谢，强调科研和编辑人员在日常工作中要积极运用好图书馆的各种资源，不断提升自身科研能力和工作效率，并用实际案例特别强调网络和信息安全的重要性。
