Chen Xiwen, currently a member of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People’s Congress and Chair of the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee, former Deputy Head and Office Director of the Central Rural Work Leading Group, and former Deputy Director of the Central Financial and Economic Affairs Leading Group. Delegate to the 16th, 17th, and 18th National Congresses of the Communist Party of China, member of the 11th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Deputy Chair of its Economic Committee, and member of the Standing Committee of the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Deputy Chair of its Economic Committee. Participated in the drafting of multiple Central Document No. 1s since the new century. Has received the Sun Yefang Economic Science Award and the China Development Research Award on multiple occasions. Adjunct professor at Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, China Agricultural University, and several other universities.

陈锡文，现任第十三届全国人大常委、农业与农村委员会主任委员，中央农村工作领导小组原副组长兼办公室主任，中央财经领导小组办公室原副主任。中国共产党第十六、十七、十八次全国代表大会代表，第十一届全国政协委员、经济委员会副主任，第十二届全国政协常委、经济委员会副主任。参与了新世纪以来多个中央一号文件起草工作。先后多次获得孙冶方经济科学奖、中国发展研究奖等奖项。清华大学、中国人民大学、中国农业大学等多所大学兼职教授。
