In order to deeply study the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC, welcome the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the CPC, comprehensively review and summarize the important contributions of Marxist political economy to China’s economic development, deeply explore major theoretical and practical issues in the history of Marxist economic thought, better study, implement, publicize, and research Xi Jinping’s economic thought, and promote the construction of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics and the adaptation of Marxist political economy to the Chinese context and the needs of the times in the New Era, the “11th National Forum on Marxist Economics and the 12th National Youth Forum on Marxist Economics” is hereby specially convened. The forum is planned to be held at Hebei Normal University in mid-to-late September 2022. The forum plans to adopt a “1+4+3” exchange and discussion model, namely: keynote reports + 4 parallel sub-forum reports + 3 academic exchange sessions (i.e., Young Scholar Dialogue and Exchange Session, Political Economy Discipline Construction and Youth Development Exchange Session, and Journal and Young Scholar Exchange Session).

为了深入学习党的十九届六中全会精神、迎接党的二十大胜利召开，全面梳理、总结马克思主义政治经济学对中国经济发展的重要贡献，深入探索马克思主义经济思想史的重大理论与现实问题，更好地学习贯彻宣传研究习近平经济思想，推动中国特色社会主义政治经济学建构和新时代马克思主义政治经济学中国化时代化，特举办“第十一届全国马克思主义经济学论坛暨第十二届全国马克思主义经济学青年论坛”。论坛拟于2022年9月中下旬在河北师范大学举办。论坛拟采取“1+4+3”的交流研讨模式，即主旨报告+4个平行分论坛报告+3个学术交流会（即：青年学者对话交流会、政治经济学学科建设与青年发展交流会、期刊杂志与青年学者交流会）。

Submission Requirements

投稿要求

Researchers from national research institutions, universities and colleges, Party and government departments, and other units are welcome to actively submit papers. Master’s and doctoral students interested in Marxist political economy are encouraged to actively submit papers and attend the forum.

欢迎全国科研机构、高等院校和党政部门等单位的研究人员积极投稿，鼓励支持对马克思主义政治经济学有兴趣的硕博研究生积极投稿及参会。

Submitted papers must include, in addition to the main text, an abstract, keywords, author biography, contact phone number, and email address. Papers must not have been previously published. The word count must be no less than 8,000 characters. (Format requirements are detailed in Appendix 1.)

投稿论文除正文外，还须包含摘要、关键词、作者简介、联系电话、电子邮箱等信息，且未公开发表，字数要求不少于8千字。（格式要求见附件1）

The submission deadline is July 20, 2022. This forum will hold a review meeting at the end of July 2022 to evaluate submitted papers. The review panel will primarily consist of experts in the field, responsible editors of core journals, members of the forum’s executive committee, and secretariat members. Authors of accepted papers will receive formal invitation letters in mid-to-late August.

本次论坛将于2022年7月底召开审稿会审议投稿论文，审稿人员主要由本领域内专家、核心期刊负责人、论坛执行委员、秘书处成员等组成，入选论文的作者将于8月中下旬收到正式邀请函。

To encourage young scholars to engage in diligent research and innovation, this forum will conduct an activity for evaluating outstanding achievements. Approximately 10 outstanding achievements are planned to be selected from the submitted papers (with emphasis on lecturers and master’s/doctoral students), including 2 first-prize achievements, 3 second-prize achievements, and 5 third-prize achievements. Honorary certificates and rewards will be presented to the award-winning scholars at the forum’s opening ceremony. Subsequently, the list of awardees will be published and the achievements promoted on the forum’s official WeChat public account, “Ma Jing Qing Nian” (Marxist Economics Youth).

为鼓励青年学者潜心学研和创新，本次论坛将开展优秀成果评审活动，从投稿论文中拟评选出10篇左右的优秀成果（侧重讲师和硕博生），其中一等奖成果2篇、二等奖成果3篇、三等奖成果5篇，并于论坛开幕时向获奖学者颁发荣誉证书及奖励，后续根据情况在论坛公众号“马经青年”上公布获评名单并推送成果。

Appendix 1: Format Requirements and Instructions for Forum Papers

附件1：论坛征文格式要求及须知

1. Article Title (Font: Song, Size 2): The title should be concise and precise, capable of summarizing the main point of the article. A subtitle may be added if necessary.

1.文章篇名（用二号宋体)：篇名应简明、确切，能概括文章的要旨。必要时可加副标题。

2. Author Name(s) (Font: Kai, Size 4) and Affiliation(s) (Font: Song, Size 5): The author’s name(s) should be placed below the title. The author should indicate their full institutional affiliation, city and province, and postal code, placed in parentheses below the author’s name. An author with a single affiliation should list only that one (generally only one secondary unit should be listed). If an author has multiple affiliations, the others should be explained in the author biography. Names of multiple authors should be separated by semicolons. Generally, no more than two authors should be listed.

2.作者署名(四号楷体）与工作单位（五号宋体）:作者姓名置于篇名下方。作者应标明其工作单位全称，所在省、城市名及邮政编码，加圆括号置于作者署名下方；一位作者只标一个工作单位(二级单位原则上只标一个)；若该作者有多个工作单位，其他的单位在作者简介中予以说明；多位作者的署名之间用分号隔开，署名作者原则上不超过两个。

3. Fund Project and Author Biography (Font: Hei, Size 5): If the paper is supported by a provincial/ministerial-level or higher fund project, the fund project name and approval number must be noted at the bottom of the first page. The author biography should include name, year of birth, gender, place of origin, degree, title, and main research direction. Those who have obtained a doctoral (or master’s) degree should indicate the degree; those currently pursuing a doctoral (or master’s) degree should indicate “doctoral (or master’s) candidate.”

3.基金项目与作者简介（五号黑体）：征文若属省部级及以上基金资助项目，须在文稿首页地脚处注明基金项目、项目名称、批准号；作者简介应包括姓名、出生年、性别、籍贯、学位、职称、主要研究方向。已获得博(硕)士学位者标明博(硕)士学位，正在攻读博(硕)士学位者,标明博(硕)士研究生。

4. Abstract and Keywords (Font: Hei, Size 5): The abstract is a summary of the paper’s main points. It should be independent and self-contained, using highly concise language to summarize the main information of the full text. Avoid phrases like “this paper introduces” or “the author believes.” The abstract should generally be 300-400 characters. Keywords are identifying terms (which can be words or phrases) that reflect the main content of the paper, facilitating retrieval, and should use common terms. Generally, 3-5 keywords are required, separated by semicolons. (The content of the abstract and keywords should be in Font: Kai, Size 5.)

4.摘要与关键词（五号黑体）：摘要是论文主要观点的摘写，具有独立性和自含性，须用高度简洁的语言概括出全文的主要信息，忌用“本文介绍了”“作者认为"等用语。摘要一般300-400字；关键词是能够体现论文主要内容的标识性词语(可以是词,也可以是词组)，以便于检索，须用一般性的词语。关键词一般为3- 5个，之间用分号隔开。（摘要与关键词内容用五号楷体）

5. Main Text: Headings within the main text should be brief and clear, without punctuation at the end. The number of levels should not be excessive, generally not exceeding five levels. The general format is I., (I), 1., (1), 1). Enclosed numbers (e.g., ①, ②) should not be used. Introductory remarks and concluding remarks should not be numbered. The chosen topic must be cutting-edge, the literature used must be original and thorough, theory must be combined with practice, the argumentation process must be sound, and the conclusions must be innovative. The structure should be clear and complete. The “Introduction” section must include a review of relevant academic history. The wording must conform to the norms of modern Chinese.

5.正文：正文中的标题力求简短、明确，题末不用标点符号。层次不宜过多，一般不超过5级。一般写法为一.(一).1.(1).1)，不宜用圈码(如①②等)。引语与结语不加序号；选题必须具有前沿性，采用文献具有原始性及翔实性，理论与现实相结合、论证过程合理、结论具有创新性。层次清晰，结构完整。“引言”部分须有相关学术史的评述。用字须符合现代汉语规范。

6. Notes: Notes should use page footnotes, used for necessary explanations or clarifications of specific content within the text. The sequential coding system should be used, with notes numbered separately on each page. All bibliographic elements must be complete, with sequence numbers marked using Arabic numerals in parentheses. References should use endnotes, adopting the sequential coding system, with sequence numbers marked using Arabic numerals in square brackets. For electronic document types such as databases, computer programs, and electronic bulletins, their identification should follow the relevant provisions of the *Editing Standards for Social Science Journals in Chinese Higher Education Institutions*, and the publication time and citation time should be noted.

6.注释：注释采用页下注，用于对文内某一特定内容作必要的解释或说明。著录采用顺序编码制，每页注释单独编码。著录项目要齐全，序号用阿拉伯数字加圆括号标识；参考文献采用尾注，采用顺序编码制，序号用阿拉伯数字加方括号标识。使用数据库、计算机程序及电子公告等电子文献类型的，其标识参照《中国高等学校社会科学学报编排规范》相关规定执行，标注发布时间及引用时间。
