Call for Papers: The 12th International Communist Movement Forum and Book Launch for *China’s Whole-Process People’s Democracy* (Vietnamese Edition) and Other New Publications

In order to implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC [1]1 The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC, held in July 2024, is a major Party meeting that typically sets the agenda for economic and social reform for the following five years., promote the international dissemination of Chinese Marxist research results, strengthen exchanges and interactions between Chinese and foreign Marxist scholars, track and understand new developments in the international communist movement, and deepen understanding of issues concerning the construction of democratic political systems in socialist countries, the Academy of Marxism of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, together with Yunnan University and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences’ Academy of Chinese-Path Modernization, will jointly host the “12th International Communist Movement Forum and Book Launch for *China’s Whole-Process People’s Democracy* (Vietnamese Edition) and Other New Publications.” The conference will invite foreign scholars from Vietnam, Laos, Italy, and other countries to participate in the discussions.

为贯彻落实党的二十届三中全会精神，推动中国马克思主义研究成果的对外传播，加强中外马克思主义学者的交流互动，跟踪了解国际共产主义运动发展新动态，深化对社会主义国家民主政治建设问题的认识，中国社会科学院马克思主义研究院将与云南大学、中国社会科学院中国式现代化研究院共同主办“第十二届国际共产主义运动论坛暨《中国的全过程人民民主》（越南语版）等新书发布会”。会议将邀请越南、老挝、意大利等国外学者参加研讨。

This forum requires papers for participation. Experts and scholars are invited to write papers in conjunction with the relevant topics of the conference. The organizers will organize experts to review the papers, then send conference invitation letters to the authors of selected papers, and recommend the best papers to *Studies on Marxism*, *World Socialism Studies*, or the *Report on the Development of the International Communist Movement (2024-2025)*. Paper writing requirements: closely adhere to the theme, correct viewpoints, and highlight academic nature; length of approximately 10,000 characters, accompanied by the author’s academic resume, paper abstract, keywords, and contact information; format should follow the requirements of the journal *Studies on Marxism*.

此次论坛以文入会，邀请各位专家学者结合会议相关议题撰写论文，主办方将组织专家对论文进行评审后，向入选作者发会议邀请函，并择优推荐给《马克思主义研究》、《世界社会主义研究》或《国际共产主义运动发展报告（2024-2025）》。论文撰写要求：紧扣主题，观点正确，突出学术性；篇幅10000字左右，并附作者学术简历、论文摘要、关键词和联系方式；格式请参照《马克思主义研究》杂志要求。
