Call for Papers for the 15th National Forum of Deans of Marxist Studies

2023 is the first year of comprehensive implementation of the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of the CPC, and also the 205th anniversary of the birth of Marx. In order to thoroughly study and implement the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of the CPC, promote the innovative development of Marxism in the 21st century, and guide the great practice of Chinese-path modernization with Marxism adapted to the Chinese context and the needs of the times, the 15th National Forum of Deans of Marxist Studies is scheduled to be held at Nankai University in late October 2023. The theme of the forum is "Marxism and Chinese-Path Modernization."

2023年是全面贯彻落实党的二十大精神的开局之年，也是马克思诞辰205周年。为深入学习贯彻党的二十大精神，推进21世纪马克思主义的创新发展，以中国化时代化的马克思主义指导中国式现代化的伟大实践，第十五届全国马克思主义院长论坛拟于2023年10月下旬在南开大学举行，论坛主题为“马克思主义与中国式现代化”。

This forum will closely revolve around the conference theme and focus on discussing the following topics:

We sincerely invite teaching and research personnel from national research institutions, institutions of higher education, and Party and government departments to actively submit papers. Requirements for submissions:

现诚邀全国科研机构、高等院校和党政部门等单位的教学和研究人员积极投稿。稿件要求：

1. Correct stance, distinct theme, rigorous logic, integration of historical facts and theory, reflecting academic quality and innovation, with high theoretical and practical value.

1.立场正确、主题鲜明、逻辑严谨、史论结合，体现学术性和创新性，有较高的理论和实践价值。

2. The paper must be a new work not yet published, with a word count of no less than 8,000 characters. It should be preceded by an abstract (approximately 500 characters), keywords (3-5), author biography, and detailed contact information.

2.论文为尚未发表的新作，字数不少于8000字，正文前附内容摘要（500字左右）、关键词（3-5个）、作者简介及详细联系方式。

This forum adopts a paper-based participation method. The deadline for paper submission is September 10, 2023. The electronic version of the paper should be sent in WORD document format to the email address: mnsh2019@163.com (Contact person: Teacher Yang, Academy of Marxism, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences). After evaluation by the expert review committee, invitation letters for the conference will be sent to selected participants no later than September 30. The conference will select outstanding papers for compilation and publication, and recommend them for publication in *Marxist Studies*.

本次论坛采取以文入会方式，论文投稿截止日期为2023年9月10日。论文电子版请以WORD文档形式发送至电子邮箱：mnsh2019@163.com（联系人：中国社会科学院马克思主义研究院杨老师）。投稿论文经专家评审委员会评选后，不迟于9月30日向入选者发出会议邀请函。会议将遴选优秀论文结集出版，并向《马克思主义研究》推荐发表。
