2024年“申请-考核”制博士研究生招生工作方案
In accordance with the “Notice on the Work of Compiling Our University’s 2024 Doctoral Student Recruitment Specialty Directory” and the “University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Doctoral Student ‘Application-Assessment’ System Recruitment Management Measures (Trial)”, and in order to precisely select talent and attract outstanding national applicants, the School of Marxism will continue to adopt the “Application-Assessment” system to recruit doctoral students in 2024. This work plan is formulated based on the actual circumstances of the School.
根据《关于做好编制我校2024年博士研究生招生专业目录工作的通知》《中国社会科学院大学博士研究生“申请-考核”制招生管理办法（试行）》等，为精准选拔人才，吸引全国优秀生源报考，马克思主义学院2024年继续采取“申请-考核”制招收博士研究生。现结合学院实际情况，制定此工作方案。
I. Recruitment Plan
一、招生计划
The School of Marxism’s 2024 “Application-Assessment” system recruitment method applies to regular doctoral admissions, the combined master’s-doctoral program (only for our university’s own master’s students), and direct-entry doctoral students from undergraduate programs (already completed in the examination for receiving exempted students). It plans to recruit 31 doctoral students (including regular admissions and combined master’s-doctoral program), of which the number of doctoral students recruited for定向就业 (targeted employment) shall not exceed 4 in principle, and the number of combined master’s-doctoral students recruited shall not exceed 6 in principle. For details on specific recruitment specialties, recruitment numbers, research directions, supervisors, accepted foreign language types for applications, and related explanations, see the “University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences 2024 Doctoral Student Recruitment Specialty Directory”.
马克思主义学院2024年“申请-考核”制招生方式适用于普通招考、硕博连读（仅面向本校硕士生）和本科直博生（已于接收推免生考试中完成）等。拟招收博士研究生（含普通招考、硕博连读）31人，其中招收定向就业博士研究生人数原则上不超过4人，招收硕博连读研究生原则上不超过6人。具体招生专业、招生人数、研究方向、导师、接收申请外国语语种及相关说明等详见《中国社会科学院大学2024年博士研究生招生专业目录》。
II. Selection Model
二、选拔模式
The “Application-Assessment” system is one of the selection methods for the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences’ open recruitment of doctoral students. Applicants who meet the basic requirements for doctoral student recruitment can submit applications through online registration and send relevant application materials as required. The School organizes a material review expert panel to conduct a collective review and assessment of the materials submitted by applicants, determining the list of applicants eligible for comprehensive assessment. The School organizes a comprehensive assessment expert panel to conduct comprehensive assessments of applicants, which mainly include written examinations and interviews. The School determines the recommended list of proposed admissions based on comprehensive assessment scores, which is submitted to the university’s Graduate Admissions Leadership Group for final review.
“申请-考核”制是中国社会科学院大学公开招考博士研究生的选拔方式之一。申请人在满足博士研究生招生基本要求基础上可以通过网上报名的方式提交申请，并按要求寄送相关申请材料。学院组织材料审查专家小组对申请人提交的材料进行集体审查评定，确定入围综合考核的申请人名单。学院组织综合考核专家小组对申请人进行综合考核，综合考核主要包含笔试和面试。学院根据综合考核成绩确定推荐拟录取名单，报学校研究生招生工作领导小组最终审定。
III. Application Conditions
三、报考条件
(A) Basic Application Requirements
（一）申请基本要求
1. Citizens of the People’s Republic of China, who support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, have the correct political orientation, love the motherland, are willing to serve the construction of socialist modernization, abide by laws and regulations, and have good conduct.

2. Applicants’ educational backgrounds and degrees must meet one of the following conditions:
2.申请人学历、学位必须符合下列条件之一：
(1) Those who have already obtained a master’s degree.
（1）已获硕士学位的人员。
(2) Master’s students expected to graduate in the current year recognized by the state (should obtain the master’s degree certificate and academic degree certification before September 1, 2024, and submit them upon enrollment registration).
（2）国家承认学历的应届硕士毕业生（应在2024年9月1日前取得硕士学位证书及学历学位认证书，并于入学报到时提交）。
(3) Those who have held a bachelor’s degree for at least 6 years (from the date of obtaining the bachelor’s degree to September 1, 2024) may apply with equivalent academic qualifications. Those applying with equivalent academic qualifications must have published at least 2 academic papers related to the applied specialty as the first author in national core journals, or have received provincial/ministerial-level or above scientific research achievement awards related to the applied discipline (ranking in the top 3). Those in special industries or special positions with considerable academic research achievements may submit an application to the university’s Admissions Office.
（3）获得学士学位满6年（从获得学士学位之日到2024年9月1日）的人员，可按照同等学力身份报考。以同等学力身份报考者，须在全国核心期刊上以第一作者身份发表与报考专业相关的学术论文2篇，或已获得省部级以上与报考学科相关的科研成果奖励（排名前3名），特殊行业、特殊岗位具有相当学术研究成果的可向学校招生办提交申请。
(4) Professional degree master’s students in non-degree education (single certificate, i.e., only a degree certificate without a graduation certificate) or those applying for a master’s degree with equivalent academic qualifications who apply for our School’s doctoral program must have obtained a master’s degree before registration.
（4）非学历教育（单证，即只有学位证书无毕业证书）的专业学位硕士考生或同等学力申请硕士学位人员报考我院博士生，必须在报名前已获硕士学位。
(5) Applicants who obtained their academic qualifications (degrees) abroad must have their academic qualification (degree) certificates certified by the Ministry of Education’s Study Abroad Service Center (previous graduates must submit the certification certificate during the comprehensive assessment; current graduates must obtain the certification certificate before September 1, 2024, and submit it upon enrollment registration).
（5）在境外获得学历（学位）的考生，其学历（学位）证书须通过教育部留学服务中心的认证（往届生须在综合考核时提交认证证书，应届生须在2024年9月1日前取得认证证书并于入学报到时提交）。
3. Physical and mental health conditions must comply with the regulations of the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.

4. Written recommendation letters from two professors (or experts with a senior professional technical title) in the relevant academic discipline field of the applied specialty.

5. The following two categories of applicants: ① current master’s students who are定向培养 (targeted training); ② in-service personnel who have service periods, confidentiality periods, or other agreements with their original work units and are fulfilling service obligations, must obtain consent from the targeted training unit or service unit before applying. If disputes arise between the applicant and the targeted training unit or service unit due to the application, affecting registration, examination, admission, and enrollment, the responsibility lies with the applicant.
5.以下两类考生：①现为定向培养的应届硕士毕业生；②与原工作单位有服务期、保密期等约定正在履行服务义务的在职人员考生，均须征得定向培养单位或服务单位的同意方可报考。如考生与定向培养单位或服务单位因报考问题引起纠纷而影响报名考试和录取报到的，责任由考生自负。
(B) Foreign Language Proficiency Requirements

2. Russian should meet one of the following conditions:

(3) DELF-DALF Level C1 or above.

6. Vietnamese language applicants must provide a certificate of passing or a qualified score report from a national language examination (held in China or in the language’s country), with a score equivalent to the Level 6 level in China’s English proficiency examination system.
6.越南语考生须提供国家级语言考试（中国举办或该语言国举办）的通过证书或合格成绩单，成绩需达到相当于我国英语水平考试中的六级水平。
7. For each language, having a bachelor’s degree or above in the corresponding foreign language major, or having obtained a bachelor’s degree or above from a foreign higher education institution where the corresponding foreign language is the language of instruction.
7.各语种具有相应外国语专业本科及以上学历或在以相应外国语为授课语言的国外高等学校获得过学士及以上学位。
8. Special note: For the Literary Hermeneutics specialty in the 2024 “Application-Assessment” system doctoral student recruitment, the foreign language types include: English, Russian, Japanese, German, French. According to the university’s relevant policies, applicants for this specialty are not subject to foreign language proficiency restrictions at the registration stage; all applicants can enter the material review stage. However, during the material review scoring process, if the foreign language proficiency does not meet the above guiding requirements for foreign language proficiency, the foreign language proficiency indicator item will be scored as 0.
8.特别说明：文学阐释学专业2024年“申请-考核”制博士研究生招生外国语语种包括：英语、俄语、日语、德语、法语。根据学校的相关政策，该专业的考生在报名阶段对外国语水平不设限制，所有申请人均可进入材料审查阶段。但在材料审查评分过程中，外国语水平未达到上述关于外国语水平的指导性要求，则外国语水平指标项为0分。
(C) Research Capability Requirements
（三）科研水平要求
1. Applicants should have a strong research interest in the applied academic discipline and specialty, with a rigorous academic style.
1.申请人对所申报学科专业具有浓厚的科研兴趣，学风严谨。
2. Applicants should have relatively broad academic horizons and a solid foundation for engaging in academic research in the corresponding discipline.
2.申请人具有较广阔的学术视野，具有从事相应学科学术研究的坚实基础。
3. Applicants should have a relatively high research capability and innovative spirit, capable of independently completing theoretical research work in the corresponding discipline and specialty under the guidance of their supervisor.
3.申请人具有较高的科研水平和创新精神，能够在导师的指导下独立完成相应学科专业的理论研究工作。
4. Under equal conditions, priority will be given to those who have publicly published professional academic articles related to the applied discipline and specialty in academic journals.
4.同等条件下，在学术期刊上公开发表与报考学科专业相关的专业学术文章者优先。
Special note: Combined master’s-doctoral program applicants, in addition to meeting the above application conditions, should also meet other relevant application requirements for combined master’s-doctoral program applicants set by the university and the School. Specific requirements are subject to the information published by the university’s Admissions Office and our School.
特别说明：硕博连读考生在符合上述报考条件的基础上，还应达到学校和学院对于硕博连读考生的其他相关报考要求，具体要求以学校招生办及我院公布信息为准。
IV. Online Registration

The School of Marxism’s 2024 doctoral student recruitment adopts an online registration method for application and fee payment. The examination category should be selected as “Application-Assessment”. The specialty name, research direction, supervisor, etc., should be selected according to the “University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences 2024 Doctoral Student Recruitment Specialty Directory (Application-Assessment System Recruitment)”.
马克思主义学院2024年博士研究生招生采取网上报名方式进行报名及交费，考试类别请选择“申请-考核”，专业名称、研究方向、导师等请按照《中国社会科学院大学2024年博士研究生招生专业目录（申请-考核制招生）》进行选择。

Application materials are submitted by the applicant as required. When registering online, the applicant must submit the electronic version of the application materials as required. After completing online registration, the applicant must deliver or mail the corresponding paper-based materials via Postal EMS or SF Express to the following address before February 5, 2024:
申请材料由考生按要求提交。申请人网上报名时须按要求提交申请材料的电子版，完成网上报名后考生须在2024年2月5日之前将相应的纸质版材料送交或通过邮政EMS、顺丰快递邮寄至以下地址：

Applicants should indicate “2024 School of Marxism Doctoral Application” on the courier packaging of the application materials submitted to the School, and also indicate the applicant’s name and intended major. The mailing time shall be based on the local acceptance time. Late submissions will not be accepted. Do not mail materials in separate pieces to avoid loss.

The specific content of the application materials and their arrangement order are as follows:

1. “Registration Information Form for Applying for Doctoral Degree Studies” (this form is downloaded and printed after online registration, filled out, signed and sealed by the applicant’s file-keeping unit, and the applicant must sign for confirmation in the corresponding column);

3. Original transcripts of undergraduate and master’s stage grades (provided and sealed by the applicant’s school training department) or copies of transcripts (provided by the personnel department of the applicant’s file-keeping unit and sealed on the transcript copies);

Highest education and degree certificates: provide copies of the highest education and degree certificates; current master’s graduates submit a letter of certification from the graduate school (department, office) of their training institution (see Appendix 2), or scanned copies of the student ID card (requiring a photo and registration for each semester) personal information page and registration pages. After admission, they must supplement their education and degree certificates before enrollment, which will be verified before registration; holders of degree certificates obtained abroad (including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) must submit an authentication report issued by the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange of the Ministry of Education.

6. Master’s thesis (current master’s graduates may submit the thesis draft or abstract and table of contents, with a word count of no less than 3,000 characters. Applicants who obtained a master’s degree abroad and do not have a thesis may substitute it with academic achievements related to the intended major);

7. Representative works: provide 1-3 academic achievements related to the intended major that represent the applicant’s highest personal research level (not the master’s thesis, whether published or not is not restricted);

10. “Integrity Commitment Letter for 2024 Doctoral Enrollment Examination Registration of the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences” (see Appendix 5);

Applicants applying with equivalent academic qualifications must submit information on their completed courses (graduate and undergraduate courses) and two academic papers published as first author in national core journals related to the intended major (requiring copies of cover page, table of contents page, and main text page) or other supporting materials.
13.以同等学力资格报考的考生，提交所学课程（研究生和本科课程）情况和全国核心期刊上以第一作者发表与报考专业相关的学术论文2篇（需提交封面、目录页、正文页复印件）或其它证明材料。
14. Applicants entering the comprehensive assessment must promptly provide the “Political Ideology and Moral Character Assessment Form for Doctoral Degree Applicants” (see Appendix 6).
14.进入综合考核的考生须及时提供《报考博士学位研究生人员思想政治素质和品德考核表》（见附件6）。
15. In addition to submitting the above application materials, master’s-doctoral continuous program applicants should also submit other relevant registration materials required by the school and the School for such applicants. Specific requirements shall be based on the information published by the School Admissions Office and our School.
15.硕博连读考生在提交上述报考材料的基础上，还应提交学校和学院要求硕博连读考生提交的其他相关报名材料，具体要求以学院招生办及我院公布信息为准。
Special Note: Applicants should carefully verify whether they meet the application conditions and truthfully and accurately fill in the application materials. The electronic version of the application materials must be made into one PDF document in the above order and uploaded to the registration platform. The paper-based application materials submitted by applicants will not be returned; please make copies for retention if needed. Failure to submit application materials as required or incomplete submission will render the registration information invalid. All application materials submitted by applicants must be true and credible, and all copies must have originals available for verification and review. If an applicant is found to have submitted false materials, cheated, or committed other disciplinary violations, they will be seriously dealt with according to relevant regulations (including cancellation of application qualifications, admission qualifications, and expulsion from school, etc.).
特别提示：考生应仔细核对本人是否符合申请条件，如实准确填报申请材料。申请材料电子版须按上述顺序制作为1个PDF文档，上传至报名平台。考生所提交的纸质版申请材料不再退还，如有需要请自行复印留存。未按要求提交申请材料或提交材料不完整的，报名信息无效。考生提交的申请材料均须真实可信，所有复印件均有原件可供核对复查。如发现考生提交虚假材料、作弊及其它违纪行为，将根据有关规定严肃处理（包括取消报考资格、录取资格及开除学籍等）。
VI. Material Review
六、材料审查
(I) After registration ends, the School of Marxism will assign dedicated personnel to conduct a formal review of the applicant’s qualifications, combining the applicant’s registration information and submitted materials against the application conditions and relevant requirements. This mainly examines whether the applicant’s submitted materials are complete and whether they meet the application conditions.
（一）报名结束后，马克思主义学院安排专人结合考生的报名信息和报名材料，对照申请条件和相关要求等对考生的报考资格进行形式审查，主要审查申请人提交材料是否齐全、是否符合报考条件等。
(II) After passing the qualification review, the School of Marxism will establish a “Material Review Expert Group” based on the academic discipline to conduct a collective review and scoring of the applicant’s submitted materials. Based on the applicant’s academic performance, master’s thesis, foreign language proficiency, research ideas and research plan, expert recommendation letters, and participation in research, publications, and publications, a comprehensive evaluation will be made, with a percentage score given. Group members will score independently, and the list of applicants entering the comprehensive assessment will be determined by ranking from high to low based on the average score, selecting the best.
（二）通过资格审查后，马克思主义学院根据学科专业成立“材料审查专家小组”，对申请人提交的申请材料进行集体审核评分。根据申请人的学业成绩、硕士学位论文、外语水平、研究设想与研究计划、专家推荐意见，以及参与科研、发表、出版情况等，做出综合评定，给出百分制成绩，小组成员独立打分，按照平均分从高到低排序，择优确定进入综合考核的申请人名单。
(III) In principle, the list of applicants entering the comprehensive assessment will be determined at 150% to 300% of the School’s planned enrollment number. The list of shortlisted applicants for comprehensive assessment will be reported to the Admissions Office for record and publicly announced, with the announcement period lasting no less than 10 working days.
（三）原则上按照学院拟录取人数的150%至300%确定进入综合考核的考生名单。综合考核入围名单报招生办公室备案并对外公示，公示时间不少于10个工作日。
(IV) Applicants not included in the comprehensive assessment list will terminate the “Application-Assessment” process.
（四）未进入综合考核名单的考生终止“申请-考核”程序。
VII. Comprehensive Assessment
七、综合考核
(I) Announcement of Comprehensive Assessment List
（一）综合考核名单公布
The list of applicants entering the comprehensive assessment will be published on the website of the School of Marxism, University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. The specific time and location of the comprehensive assessment will be notified separately.
进入综合考核的考生名单将在中国社会科学院大学马克思主义学院网站公布。综合考核具体时间、地点等另行通知。
(II) Content and Methods of Comprehensive Assessment
（二）综合考核的内容和方式
The comprehensive assessment generally includes three aspects: foreign language proficiency, professional knowledge, and comprehensive quality. It will be conducted through a combination of interviews and written examinations.
综合考核一般包含外语水平、专业知识、综合素质三方面。采取面试和笔试相结合的方式进行。
1. Professional Written Examination: The School will arrange one professional subject written examination. For the major of Literary Hermeneutics, the written examination content focuses on literary theory, with a total score of 100 points and a passing score of 60 points.
1.专业笔试，学院安排一门专业科目笔试。科学社会主义与国际共产主义运动、马克思主义基本原理、马克思主义发展史、马克思主义中国化研究、党的建设、中国学专业的笔试科目为马克思主义理论，总分100分，60分合格。文学阐释学专业的笔试内容侧重文艺理论，总分100分，60分合格。
2. Professional Foreign Language Written Examination: This mainly examines the applicant’s basic foreign language ability or ability to master foreign language professional terminology and read foreign language professional literature. Applicants for majors including Scientific Socialism and the International Communist Movement, Basic Principles of Marxism, History of Marxist Development, Study of the Adaptation of Marxism to the Chinese Context, Party Building, and Chinese Studies will participate, with a total score of 50 points and a passing score of 30 points. The major of Literary Hermeneutics has no foreign language written examination component.
2.专业外语笔试，主要考查申请人外语基础能力或者掌握外文专业术语、阅读外文专业文献等方面的能力。科学社会主义与国际共产主义运动、马克思主义基本原理、马克思主义发展史、马克思主义中国化研究、党的建设、中国学专业的考生参加，总分50分，30分合格。文学阐释学专业无外语笔试环节。

For majors including Scientific Socialism and the International Communist Movement, Basic Principles of Marxism, History of Marxist Development, Study of the Adaptation of Marxism to the Chinese Context, Party Building, and Chinese Studies, the comprehensive quality interview has a total score of 100 points and a passing score of 60 points. For the major of Literary Hermeneutics, the comprehensive quality interview has a total score of 150 points and a passing score of 90 points.
4.综合素质面试，全面考查申请人的思想政治素质、综合运用所学知识的能力、对本学科前沿知识及最新研究动态掌握情况等，参考申请人提交的报考材料，测评其是否具备博士研究生培养的潜能和综合素质。科学社会主义与国际共产主义运动、马克思主义基本原理、马克思主义发展史、马克思主义中国化研究、党的建设、中国学专业的综合素质面试总分100分，60分合格。文学阐释学专业的综合素质面试总分150分，90分合格。
5. Supplementary examination for applicants with equivalent academic capacity. Applicants with equivalent academic capacity must take a supplementary examination in political theory (organized uniformly by the university) and two main courses at the master’s level in their specialty. The results of the supplementary examination subjects are scored on a hundred-point scale; a score of 60 or above is passing, and those who fail will not be admitted. The supplementary examination results are not included in the total score of the comprehensive assessment. For the specialties of Scientific Socialism and the International Communist Movement, Basic Principles of Marxism, History of Marxist Development, Study of the Sinicization of Marxism, Party Building, and Chinese Studies, the supplementary examination for applicants with equivalent academic capacity is tentatively planned to focus on examining the content of Basic Principles of Marxism and Classic Works of Marxism; for the specialty of Literary Hermeneutics, it is tentatively planned to focus on examining theories related to hermeneutics and knowledge of Chinese and foreign literary history.
5.同等学力加试，同等学力申请人须加试政治理论（由学校统一组织）和两门本专业硕士阶段主干课程。加试科目成绩采取百分制，60分合格，不合格者不予录取。加试成绩不计入综合考核总成绩。科学社会主义与国际共产主义运动、马克思主义基本原理、马克思主义发展史、马克思主义中国化研究、党的建设、中国学专业同等学力加试拟侧重考查马克思主义基本原理、马克思主义经典著作等方面的内容；文学阐释学专业拟侧重考查阐释学相关理论、中外文学史相关知识。
(III) Evaluation of Comprehensive Assessment Results
（三）综合考核成绩评定
The total score of the comprehensive assessment is the sum of the scores of all items in the comprehensive assessment, with a total of 300 points. Those who pass all sub-items and have a total score of 180 points or above are considered to have passed the comprehensive assessment. The comprehensive assessment results (including sub-item scores and total score) shall be publicly announced for no less than 5 working days and reported to the Admissions Office for filing.
综合考核的总成绩为综合考核各项成绩之和，总分300分，各分项全部合格并且总分达到180分及以上者综合考核合格。综合考核成绩（包括分项成绩和总成绩）公示不少于5个工作日，并报招生办公室备案。
(IV) Assessment of Ideological and Political Quality and Moral Character
（四）思想政治素质和品德考核
This mainly includes the applicant’s political attitude, ideological performance, learning (work) attitude, moral character, and compliance with laws and regulations. Candidates entering the comprehensive assessment must provide the “Ideological and Political Quality and Moral Character Assessment Form for Applicants for Doctoral Degree Programs” (stamped with the seal of the personnel or political work department of the unit where the personnel file is located; see Attachment 6).
主要包括申请人的政治态度、思想表现、学习（工作）态度、道德品质、遵纪守法等方面。进入综合考核的考生须提供《报考博士学位研究生人员思想政治素质和品德考核表》（加盖人事档案所在单位人事或政工部门印章，见附件6）。
VIII. Admission
八、录取
The Admissions Leadership Group of the School of Marxism shall strictly rank applicants according to their comprehensive assessment scores, comprehensively consider the applicant’s material review results, political review, and physical examination, make a comprehensive judgment, determine the recommended list of proposed admissions, and submit it to the university Admissions Office for review and public announcement for no less than 5 working days.
马克思主义学院招生工作领导小组严格按照申请人的综合考核成绩排序，综合考虑申请人材料审查结果、政审和体检等情况做出综合判断，确定推荐拟录取名单，报学校招生办公室审核并公示不少于5个工作日。
After the Admissions Office passes the inspection, it shall summarize and report to the university’s Graduate Admissions Leadership Group. Within the enrollment plan issued by the Ministry of Education, and in accordance with the principle of “comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence, and physique,择优录取 [selecting the best for admission], ensuring quality, and preferring to leave a vacancy rather than fill it with an unqualified candidate,” the list of proposed admissions shall be determined and publicly announced uniformly by the university.
招生办公室检查通过后汇总报学校研究生招生工作领导小组，在教育部下达招生计划内，按照“德智体全面衡量、择优录取、保证质量、宁缺毋滥”的原则，确定拟录取名单，并由学校统一公示。
Admitted non-directed-employment doctoral students must transfer their personnel files to the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Those who cannot transfer their files on time will have their admission qualification canceled. The personnel files and household registration of directed-employment applicants are not transferred to the university; they must sign and submit a tripartite agreement among the applicant, the directed-employment unit, and the training unit. Those who fail to submit the agreement on time will have their admission qualification canceled.
确定录取的非定向就业博士研究生必须将人事档案转入中国社会科学院大学，无法按期转入档案者，取消录取资格。定向就业申请人的人事档案、户口不转入学校，应该签订并提交申请人、定向就业单位、培养单位三方协议书，无法按时提交协议者，取消录取资格。
Other Matters
其他
The doctoral students recruited by our school are all full-time doctoral students. The doctoral enrollment plan is divided into two types according to employment form: “non-directed employment” and “directed employment.” Candidates should carefully choose their candidate category when applying; once selected, it cannot be changed in principle. Candidates must handle all issues arising from the examination and admission process with their work or study units themselves. If this results in the inability to take the re-examination or be admitted, the responsibility lies with the candidate.
我院招收的博士生均为全日制博士研究生。博士研究生招生计划按就业形式分为“非定向就业”和“定向就业”两种类型。考生在报考时应慎重选择考生类别，一旦选定原则上不能更改，考生需自行处理与工作或学习单位因考试录取而产生的所有问题，如果因此造成不能复试或录取，责任由考生自负。
During the 2024 doctoral student enrollment process, if the higher competent authorities issue new graduate enrollment policies or guiding work requirements, our school will make corresponding adjustments to the work plan.
