Notice of the 11th National Forum of Deans of Marxist Studies

尊敬的 女士/先生：

To commemorate the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up, implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the CPC, promote research and propaganda on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and further advance the disciplinary construction of Marxist theory, it has been decided upon study that the 11th National Forum of Deans of Marxist Studies will be held in mid-October 2018 at China University of Petroleum (East China). The theme of this forum is: The 40th Anniversary of Reform and Opening Up and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. You are cordially invited to attend the conference.

为纪念改革开放四十周年，贯彻党的十九大精神，推动习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的研究和宣传，进一步推进马克思主义理论学科建设，经研究决定，第十一届全国马克思主义院长论坛定于2018年10月中旬在中国石油大学（华东）举行。本届论坛主题为：改革开放四十周年与习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，特邀请您拨冗参会。

The conference requires that participants submit, no later than September 30, 2018, an unpublished academic paper of approximately 6,000 words (electronic version) to the conference. The paper must be relevant to the theme, correct in viewpoint, focused in argument, and accurate and standardized in citations. The conference will select excellent papers for publication in the conference proceedings and recommend them for publication in journals such as *Marxist Studies*, *Social Sciences Abroad*, and *Studies on World Socialism*.

会议要求参会者至迟于2018年9月30日前向大会提交一篇6000字左右未发表的学术论文（电子版），要求做到切合主题、观点正确、论述集中、引证准确规范。会议将遴选优秀论文出版会议论文集，并向《马克思主义研究》、《国外社会科学》、《世界社会主义研究》等杂志推荐发表。
