Work Plan of the Marxism Studies Department for Receiving Outstanding Current Undergraduate Graduates Exempted from the Entrance Examination for Master’s Degree Programs in 2019

In accordance with the relevant requirements of the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences) for receiving outstanding current undergraduate graduates exempted from the entrance examination for master’s degree programs in 2019, and in light of the specific circumstances of our department, the work plan of the Marxism Studies Department for receiving recommended students exempted from the examination in 2019 is hereby announced as follows:

根据中国社会科学院大学（中国社会科学院研究生院）2019年接收优秀应届本科毕业生免试攻读硕士学位研究生工作的相关要求，结合我系具体情况，现将马克思主义研究系2019年接收推荐免试生工作方案公布如下：

I. Application Conditions

一、申请条件

Persons applying for exemption from the entrance examination for master’s degree programs in our department must meet the following application conditions:

申请推荐免试攻读我系硕士学位研究生的人员，须符合以下申请条件：

(1) Citizens of the People’s Republic of China.

⑴中华人民共和国公民。

(2) Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, support the socialist system, be willing to serve the socialist modernization drive, possess the spirit of dedication to the cause of science in the motherland and have research potential, have good moral character, abide by the law and discipline, have ideals and aspirations, study diligently, be good at thinking, and possess a sense of innovation.

⑵拥护中国共产党的领导，拥护社会主义制度，愿为社会主义现代化建设服务，有为祖国科学事业献身精神且有科研潜力，道德品德良好，遵纪守法，有理想，有抱负，刻苦学习，勤于思考，有创新意识。

(3) Must be outstanding current undergraduate graduates of 2019 who have already obtained the qualification for recommendation for exemption from the entrance examination.

⑶须为已取得推荐免试资格的2019年优秀应届本科毕业生。

(4) Physical health conditions must meet the physical examination requirements stipulated by the state and the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.

⑷身体健康状况符合国家和中国社科院大学规定的体检要求。

II. Application Procedure

二、申请程序

1. In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education documents, students recommended for exemption from the entrance examination must register online. After September 28, 2018, students recommended for exemption from the entrance examination shall log in to the “National Public Information and Management Service System for Recommended Outstanding Current Undergraduate Graduates Exempted from the Entrance Examination for Postgraduate Studies” (hereinafter referred to as the “Recommendation Exemption Service System,” website: http://yz.chsi.com.cn/tm), fill in and submit relevant information. Applicants who have not registered through the “Recommendation Exemption Service System” of the Graduate Admissions Information Network will not be admitted.

1.根据教育部文件要求，推免生实行网上报名。2018年9月28日后，推免生登录“全国推荐优秀应届本科毕业生免试攻读研究生信息公开暨管理服务系统”（以下简称“推免服务系统”网址：http://yz.chsi.com.cn/tm），填写并提交相关信息。未经研招网“推免服务系统”报名的申请者不予录取。

2. After September 28, 2018, the Marxism Studies Department will review the materials submitted by students recommended for exemption from the entrance examination, determine the qualifications for re-examination, issue re-examination notices to applicants through the “Recommendation Exemption Service System,” and organize re-examinations. Applicants notified for re-examination must submit the following materials to our department before the re-examination:

2.2018年9月28日后，马克思主义研究系根据推免生提交的材料进行审核，确定复试资格后在“推免服务系统”中对申请者发出复试通知并组织复试。被通知复试的申请者须在复试前向本系提交以下材料：

(1) “Application Form of the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences for Receiving Recommended Students Exempted from the Entrance Examination for Master’s Degree Programs in 2019” (see attachment);

（1）《中国社会科学院大学2019年接收推荐免试攻读硕士学位申请表》（见附件）；

(2) Transcripts of academic performance during the undergraduate years (must be stamped with the official seal of the Academic Affairs Office of the recommending university);

（2）本科阶段历年学习成绩单（须加盖推荐高校教务处公章）；

(3) Relevant forms required to be submitted during online registration;

（3）网上报名时需要提交的相关表格；

(4) Published papers, books (translations), or other works;

（4）公开发表的论文、著（译）作；

(5) Award certificates, etc.

（5）获奖证书等。

3. Political review, physical examination, etc., will be organized and completed by the Marxism Studies Department during the re-examination stage; those who fail will not be admitted.

3.政审、体检等由马克思主义研究系在复试阶段组织完成，不合格者不予录取。

4. The Marxism Studies Department shall conclude the re-examination work for students to be recommended for exemption from the entrance examination before October 11, 2018. Students recommended for exemption from the entrance examination who fail to obtain their undergraduate graduation certificate and bachelor’s degree before enrollment (September 1, 2019), or who have been subjected to disciplinary sanctions or have engaged in academic misconduct, will not be admitted.

4.马克思主义研究系于2018年10月11日前结束拟接收推免生复试工作。入学（2019年9月1日）前未取得本科毕业证书、学士学位以及受过处分或有学术不端行为的推免生不予录取。

III. Re-examination Arrangements

三、复试安排

1. Re-examination time: October 9, 2018

2. Re-examination format: The re-examination is divided into a written test (9:00-12:00 AM) and an interview (starting at 2:00 PM).

2.复试形式：复试分笔试（上午9：00-12：00）和面试（下午2：00开始）

3. Re-examination location: Meeting room of the Marxism Studies Department

3.复试地点：马克思主义研究系会议室

4. Re-examination content: The Marxism Studies Department will organize an assessment panel of five or more members to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the applicant’s learning ability, research ability, innovative spirit, work ability, ideological and moral character, and other aspects.

4.复试内容：马克思主义研究系组织五人以上的考核小组，对申请者的学习能力、科研能力、创新精神和工作能力以及思想品德等诸方面进行全面考核。

5. Re-examination scores: The total score for the re-examination is 300 points, with a passing line of 180 points. Among these, the written test has a total score of 150 points, with a passing line of 90 points; the interview has a total score of 150 points, with a passing line of 90 points. The interview includes a comprehensive foreign language ability test (including listening and speaking), accounting for 50 points. Those who fail will not be admitted.

5.复试分值：复试总分300分，合格线为180分。其中笔试总分150分，合格线为90分；面试总分150分，合格线为90分，面试包括外语综合能力测试（含听力和口语），占50分。不合格者不予录取。
