Call for Papers for the Sixth Forum on “Theory and Practice of Ruling Party Building”

To solemnly celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the CPC, and advance innovation in the theory and practice of Party building, the Academy of Marxism of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Zhejiang Gongshang University jointly host the Sixth Summit Forum on “Theory and Practice of Ruling Party Building.” Experts and scholars in the field of Party building and related research areas, as well as Party affairs workers from Party and government organs, enterprises, and public institutions, are welcome to attend with a paper.

为隆重庆祝建国70周年，深入学习贯彻党的十九大精神，推进党的建设理论与实践创新，中国社会科学院马克思主义研究院与浙江工商大学联合举办第六届“执政党建设理论与实践”高峰论坛。欢迎党的建设等相关研究领域的专家学者及党政机关、企事业单位党务工作者以文赴会。

1. Conference Schedule: May 31 (Friday) conference registration, June 1 (Saturday) full-day conference, June 2 (Sunday) morning departure.

1.会议时间：5月31日（星期五）会议报到，6月1日（星期六）全天会议，6月2日（星期日）上午离会。

2. Registration Location: Hangzhou Shubohao Grand Hotel (No. 66 Xuezheng Street, Xiasha Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hangzhou).

2.报到地点：杭州舒泊豪大酒店（杭州下沙经济技术开发区学正街66号）。

3. Paper Requirements: Topics should be self-drafted around the theme; must be research papers in related fields such as Party history and Party building, or political party politics; viewpoints must be correct, highlighting ideological, academic, and practical qualities; length should be around 8,000 characters.

3.征文要求：围绕主题自拟题目，须是党史党建、政党政治等相关领域研究论文；观点正确，突出思想性、学术性、实践性；篇幅在8000字左右。

Interested participants should fill out the participation receipt in advance and send it to djcass@sina.com before March 20.

有意参会者，请在3月20日前预先填写参会回执发送到：djcass@sina.com。

Final paper submission deadline: April 30, 2019. Please send the electronic version of the final paper to the above email, with the email subject formatted as “Unit + Name.” The organizers will arrange experts to review the submissions. Selected participants will be notified by May 10 to attend with their paper, and an invitation letter will be issued.

正式论文截稿日期：2019年4月30日。请将正式论文电子稿发到以上邮箱，邮件主题以“单位+姓名”格式命名。主办方将组织专家对征文进行评审，5月10日前通知入选者以文赴会，发出参会邀请函。

The paper format order is: paper title, author name, unit (down to the second-level unit), abstract, keywords, main text, with footnotes at the bottom of the page and references listed at the end. Please include the author’s academic resume (professional title and position, research direction), contact information, and project funding at the bottom of the first page.

论文格式顺序为：论文题目、作者姓名、单位（具体到二级单位）、内容摘要、关键词、正文，注释为页下注，参考文献列末尾。请在首页下注明作者学术简历（职称职务、研究方向）、联系方式、课题基金等。

4. Conference Fees: The forum does not charge a registration fee. Transportation, accommodation, and other travel expenses are to be borne by participants.
