Call for Papers: The 12th National Forum for Young Marxist Scholars

To celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, to comprehensively and deeply study Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, to continuously deepen the understanding and research of the Marxist view of the state, especially research on Xi Jinping’s important discourses on comprehensively building a great modern socialist country, and to promote mutual learning, exchange, and growth among young Marxist theoretical workers nationwide, the 12th National Forum for Young Marxist Scholars, jointly hosted by the Academy of Marxism of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Nanchang Institute of Technology, and organized by the Editorial Office of *Studies on Marxism* and the School of Marxism of Nanchang Institute of Technology, will be held in Nanchang, Jiangxi, in September 2019. We are now soliciting papers from young scholars engaged in Marxist theoretical research and teaching nationwide.

为了庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年，全面深入学习习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，不断深化对马克思主义国家观的认识与研究，特别是习近平关于全面建成社会主义现代化强国重要论述的研究，促进全国青年马克思主义理论工作者的相互学习、交流与成长，中国社会科学院马克思主义研究院与南昌工程学院联合主办、《马克思主义研究》编辑部与南昌工程学院马克思主义学院承办的第十二届全国马克思主义青年学者论坛将于2019年9月在江西南昌举行。现面向全国从事马克思主义理论研究与教学的青年学者征文。

Time: Mid-to-late September 2019 (tentative). For specific dates, please follow: the “Marxist Studies Network” (myy.cass.cn), the “Marxist Studies (Journal),” and the “Marxist Studies” WeChat public account.

Location: School of Marxism, Nanchang Institute of Technology (Nanchang, Jiangxi).

Participation is based on submitted papers. After expert review of submissions, invitations to attend the forum will be sent to selected authors.

以文参会。来稿经专家评审后，向入选者发送参会邀请函。

IV. Submission Requirements

四、来稿要求

1. Submission deadline: July 30, 2019.

1．来稿截止日期：2019年7月30日。

2. Papers should be 10,000–15,000 words in length, with a clear theme, correct viewpoints, and clear argumentation, demonstrating academic rigor and innovation, and must not have been previously published.

2．文章篇幅以1.0—1.5万字为宜，论文主题鲜明、观点正确、论证清晰，体现学术性和创新性，且未公开发表。

3. The main text of the paper should be preceded by an abstract (approximately 500 words), keywords (3–5), and author information (name, gender, age, work unit, title, position, mailing address, contact phone number, email). The format should follow the submission guidelines of *Studies on Marxism*.

3．论文正文前附内容提要（500字左右）、关键词（3—5个）、作者简介（姓名、性别、年龄、工作单位、职称、职务、联系地址、联系电话、电子邮箱），正文参照《马克思主义研究》投稿体例。
