Professors Buzgalin and Bravka of Moscow State University Conduct Academic Exchange at the Institute of Marxism

On October 23, 2019, Professors Buzgalin and Bravka of the Center for Marxist Studies at Moscow State University delivered academic reports in Conference Room 1345 of the Institute of Marxism, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. The reports were chaired by Researcher Liu Zhiming, Director of the Department of Marxist Development Studies at the Institute of Marxism, and were attended by all personnel of the Institute.

2019年10月23日，莫斯科大学马克思主义研究中心教授布兹加林和布拉夫卡在中国社会科学院马克思主义研究院1345会议室作学术报告。报告由马克思主义研究院马克思主义发展研究部主任刘志明研究员主持，马研院全体人员参会。

Buzgalin’s report, titled “Russian Views on the Chinese Path and Socialism with Chinese Characteristics,” detailed the understanding of various Russian circles regarding the Chinese path, socialism with Chinese characteristics, China’s development achievements, and Sino-Russian relations. From the perspective of a Russian Marxist economist, he also offered suggestions on the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the New Era.

布兹加林的报告以《俄罗斯各界对中国道路、中国特色社会主义的认识》为题，详细介绍了俄罗斯各界对中国道路、中国特色社会主义、中国发展成就以及中俄关系的认识，并从俄罗斯马克思主义经济学家的视角，对新时代中国特色社会主义的建设问题提出建议。

Buzgalin stated that the China issue affects the whole world, and whether the Chinese model can be replicated is one of the issues of widespread concern to countries around the world. With China’s rise, in recent years Russian media have increasingly reported and commented on China’s politics, economy, and diplomacy. Due to differences in political views and ideology, Russian media such as *Sovetskaya Rossiya*, *Rossiyskaya Gazeta*, and *Nezavisimaya Gazeta* each have their own characteristics in their basic attitudes toward China issues.

布兹加林说，中国问题牵动全世界，中国模式能不能复制，是世界各国广泛关注的问题之一。随着中国的崛起，近年来俄罗斯媒体对中国的政治、经济、外交等方面的报道和评论日益增多。由于政治见解和意识形态差异，《苏维埃俄罗斯报》《俄罗斯报》《独立报》等俄罗斯媒体对中国问题的基本态度，各有特点。
