“Call for Papers: The Sixth National Forum on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics”
“全国第六届中国特色社会主义论坛”征文启事
On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, in order to comprehensively review and summarize the glorious course, developmental logic, great contributions, and major achievements of socialism with Chinese characteristics in China, to scientifically understand and evaluate the innovative theory and great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and to fully open a new phase of research and dissemination of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the New Era, the Sixth National Forum on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, hosted by the Leading Group for the Construction of Marxist Theoretical Disciplines and Theoretical Research of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and co-organized by the Academy of Marxism of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the School of Marxism of China University of Petroleum (East China), is scheduled to be held from November 29 to December 1, 2019, at the School of Marxism of China University of Petroleum (East China).
在新中国成立70周年之际，为全面回顾总结中国特色社会主义在中国的光辉历程、发展逻辑、伟大贡献和重大成果，科学认识和评价中国特色社会主义的创新理论与伟大实践，全面开启新时代中国特色社会主义研究与传播的新局面，由中国社会科学院马克思主义理论学科建设与理论研究工作领导小组主办、中国社会科学院马克思主义研究院与中国石油大学（华东）马克思主义学院共同承办的全国第六届中国特色社会主义论坛拟于2019年11月29-12月1日在中国石油大学（华东）马克思主义学院举行。

III. Submission Requirements
三、稿件要求
This forum adopts a paper-based participation method. Teaching and research personnel from national research institutions, universities, and Party and government departments are cordially invited to submit papers. The deadline is November 24, 2019. Submission requirements:
本次论坛采取以文入会方式，诚邀全国科研机构、高等院校和党政部门等单位的教学和研究人员积极投稿，截止日期为2019年11月24日。稿件要求：
1. The paper must have a correct stance, a clear theme, rigorous logic, and a combination of historical and theoretical analysis, reflecting academic quality and innovation, with high theoretical and practical value;
1.立场正确、主题鲜明、逻辑严谨、史论结合，体现学术性和创新性，有较高的理论和实践价值；
2. The paper must be an unpublished new work, no less than 8,000 characters in length, using footnotes at the bottom of the page, specifically following the publication format of *Studies on Marxism*. An abstract (approximately 300 characters), keywords (3-5), author biography, and detailed contact information should be included before the main text.
2.论文为尚未发表的新作，字数不少于8000字，采用页下脚注，具体请以《马克思主义研究》的刊发格式为准。正文前附内容摘要（300字左右）、关键词（3-5个），作者简介及详细联系方式。

This forum does not charge a registration fee. Travel and accommodation expenses during the conference are to be borne by participants. After review by the expert evaluation committee, the conference organizing committee will send invitations to selected authors before November 25. The conference will also select outstanding papers for recommendation to *Studies on Marxism* for publication.
本次论坛不收取会务费，会议期间交通费、住宿费等自理。经专家评审委员会评选后,会务组将在11月25日前向入选作者发出会议邀请函。会议还将遴选优秀论文向《马克思主义研究》推荐发表。
