Call for Papers: “The Seventh Forum on Scientific Socialism of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences”

On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, in order to comprehensively review and summarize the glorious course, developmental logic, great contributions, and major achievements of scientific socialism in China, to scientifically summarize the theory and great practice of scientific socialism, and to fully inaugurate a new phase of research and dissemination of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a New Era, the Seventh National Forum on Scientific Socialism, hosted by the Leading Work Group for the Construction and Research of Marxist Theory of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and jointly organized by the Academy of Marxism of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Liaoning Normal University, is scheduled to be held at Liaoning Normal University on December 7-8, 2019.
在新中国成立70周年之际，为全面回顾总结科学社会主义在中国的光辉历程、发展逻辑、伟大贡献和重大成果，科学总结科学社会主义理论与伟大实践，全面开启新时代中国特色社会主义研究与传播的新局面，由中国社会科学院马克思主义理论学科建设与理论研究工作领导小组主办、中国社会科学院马克思主义研究院与辽宁师范大学共同承办的第七届全国科学社会主义论坛拟于2019年12月7-8日在辽宁师范大学举行。

III. Submission Requirements

This forum adopts a paper-based participation method. Teaching and research personnel from national research institutions, universities, and Party and government departments are cordially invited to actively submit papers. The deadline is November 25, 2019. Submission requirements:
本次论坛采取以文入会方式，诚邀全国科研机构、高等院校和党政部门等单位的教学和研究人员积极投稿，截止日期为2019年11月25日。稿件要求：
1. Correct stance, clear theme, rigorous logic, integration of history and theory, reflecting academic quality and innovation, with high theoretical and practical value;
1.立场正确、主题鲜明、逻辑严谨、史论结合，体现学术性和创新性，有较高的理论和实践价值；
2. The paper must be an unpublished new work, no less than 8,000 characters, using footnotes at the bottom of the page. Please follow the publication format of *Studies on Marxism* specifically. An abstract (about 300 characters), keywords (3-5), author biography, and detailed contact information should be included before the main text.
2.论文为尚未发表的新作，字数不少于8000字，采用页下脚注，具体请以《马克思主义研究》的刊发格式为准。正文前附内容摘要（300字左右）、关键词（3-5个），作者简介及详细联系方式。

This forum does not charge a registration fee. Transportation and accommodation expenses during the conference are to be borne by participants. After selection by the expert review committee, the conference affairs group will send an invitation letter to selected authors by December 1. The conference will also select outstanding papers for recommendation to *Studies on Marxism* for publication.
本次论坛不收取会务费，会议期间交通费、住宿费等自理。经专家评审委员会评选后,会务组将在12月1日前向入选作者发出会议邀请函。会议还将遴选优秀论文向《马克思主义研究》推荐发表。
