Notice on the Second National Teaching Seminar on Guided Reading of *Capital*
第二届全国《资本论》引读教学研修班报名通知
In order to cultivate teaching talent for *Capital* in higher education institutions and to build a teaching team capable of systematically and accurately explaining the theoretical essentials of *Capital*, the Second National Teaching Seminar on Guided Reading of *Capital* is scheduled to be held from February 22 to 26, 2020, at the School of Marxism of Hainan Tropical Ocean University in Sanya City, Hainan Province.
为培养高校《资本论》教学人才，培养能够系统而准确地讲解《资本论》理论要点的教学队伍，兹定于2020年2月22日至26日在海南省三亚市海南热带海洋学院马克思主义学院举办第二届全国《资本论》引读教学研修班。
I. Organizing Units: The Theoretical Innovation Base of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences’ Institute of Marxism and Hainan Tropical Ocean University, the Department of Marxist Principles Research of the Institute of Marxism of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and the School of Marxism of Hainan Tropical Ocean University are the co-organizers.
一、组织单位：中国社科院马研院-海南热带海洋学院理论创新基地、中国社会科学院马克思主义研究院马克思主义原理研究部和海南热带海洋学院马克思主义学院承办。
II. Seminar Content: The theoretical essentials and difficult points of Volumes 1 through 3 of *Capital* will be explained in accordance with *Guided Reading of Capital* (compiled by Yu Bin).
二、研修内容：按照《〈资本论〉引读》（余斌编著）讲解《资本论》第一至第三卷的理论要点和难点。
III. Seminar Size: 100 participants.

VI. Notes: Uninvited persons are not permitted to attend. Successful registrants will receive an electronic invitation letter and an electronic registration receipt; paper invitation letters will be distributed upon check-in according to the registration form. A seminar completion certificate will be issued at the end of the seminar.
六、注意事项：不接受非邀请人员参加。报名成功会收到电子邀请函和电子报名回执，纸质邀请函将在报到时按照报名表发放。研修班结束发研修证明。
