Call for Papers for the 13th National Young Marxist Scholars Forum

2020 is the decisive year for China to achieve its "first centenary goal" [1]1 The "first centenary goal" refers to the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects by the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China in 2021. and to complete the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects, and it is also an important year for deeply studying, publicizing, and researching the "Decision" of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC [2]2 The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC, held in October 2019, adopted a decision on upholding and improving the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and advancing the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.. To promote in-depth research, mutual learning, and exchange among young Marxist scholars nationwide, the 13th National Young Marxist Scholars Forum, jointly hosted by the Academy of Marxism of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Xi'an Jiaotong University, and co-organized by the Editorial Department of *Studies on Marxism* and the School of Marxism of Xi'an Jiaotong University, will be held in Xi'an, Shaanxi, in May 2020 (tentative). We are now soliciting papers from young scholars engaged in Marxist theoretical research and teaching nationwide.

2020年是我国实现“第一个百年目标”、全面建成小康社会的决胜之年，也是深入学习宣传研究党的十九届四中全会《决定》的重要一年。为了促进全国马克思主义青年学者的深入研究、相互学习与交流，中国社会科学院马克思主义研究院与西安交通大学联合主办、《马克思主义研究》编辑部与西安交通大学马克思主义学院共同承办的第十三届全国马克思主义青年学者论坛将于2020年5月（暂定）在陕西西安举行。现面向全国从事马克思主义理论研究与教学的青年学者征文。

Participation is by paper submission. After expert review of submissions, invitation letters will be sent to selected authors.

以文参会。来稿经专家评审后，向入选者发送参会邀请函。

IV. Submission Requirements

四、来稿要求

1. Submission deadline: March 31, 2020.

1．来稿截止日期：2020年3月31日。

2. Papers should be 10,000–15,000 words in length, with a clear theme, correct viewpoints, and rigorous argumentation, demonstrating academic quality and innovation, and must not have been previously published.

2．论文篇幅以1.0—1.5万字为宜，主题鲜明、观点正确、论证清晰，体现学术性和创新性，且未公开发表。

3. The main text of the paper should be preceded by an abstract (approx. 300 words), keywords (3–5), and author information (name, gender, age, work unit, title, position, mailing address, phone number, email). The main text should follow the submission format of *Studies on Marxism*.

3．论文正文前附内容提要（300字左右）、关键词（3—5个）、作者简介（姓名、性别、年龄、工作单位、职称、职务、联系地址、联系电话、电子邮箱），正文参照《马克思主义研究》投稿体例。
