In accordance with the "Notice of the University of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences on Properly Conducting the 2020 Doctoral Admissions Re-examination and Admission Work," the Department of Marxist Studies, based on its specific circumstances, hereby arranges the relevant work for the 2020 doctoral admissions re-examination and admission as follows:

根据《中国社会科学院大学关于做好2020年博士研究生复试录取工作的通知》要求，马克思主义研究系结合本系具体情况,就 2020年博士研究生招生复试录取相关工作安排如下：

I. Organization and Management of the Re-examination

一、复试组织管理

1. Establish and improve the organizational management structure, forming a re-examination and admission leading group with the department head as the group leader and no fewer than three members from relevant departments including discipline inspection and supervision.[1]1 "Discipline inspection and supervision" (纪检监察) refers to the Party and state organs responsible for enforcing Party discipline and government integrity, a key component of the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party.

1．建立健全组织管理机构，成立以院系负责人为组长、纪检监察等相关部门参与的不少于三人的复试、录取工作领导小组。

2. Under the guidance of the department's re-examination and admission leading group, form a re-examination panel composed of no fewer than five experts holding the title of associate professor (or equivalent) or higher professional technical positions in the relevant discipline, to conduct academic level assessments of the candidates participating in the re-examination. The re-examination working group is responsible for the re-examination results.

2．在本系复试、录取工作领导小组指导下，成立不少于五人的本学科副教授职称（含）或相当专业技术职务以上专家组成的复试小组，对参加复试的考生进行学术水平考查。复试工作小组对复试结果负责。

II. Re-examination Qualification Review

二、复试资格审查

Candidates entering the re-examination for the Department of Marxist Studies must submit relevant qualification review materials as required. Degrees obtained abroad must have a certification certificate from the Ministry of Education's Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange; if the department has questions about a candidate's academic qualifications (student status) information, the candidate must provide certification proof from an authoritative institution as required. Those who do not meet the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the university will not be admitted to the re-examination.

马克思主义研究系进入复试考生须按要求提交相关资格审查材料。在境外获得的学位应取得教育部留学服务中心认证的认证证书；如本系对考生的学历（学籍）信息有疑问，考生须按要求提供权威机构出具的认证证明。对不符合教育部及学校相关规定者，不予复试。

The Department of Marxist Studies strengthens the integrity requirements for candidates entering the re-examination. For candidates who engage in fraud, examination violations, or cheating, regardless of when it is verified and confirmed, they will be dealt with seriously in accordance with the "Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations" and the "Regulations on the Management of Student Status in Ordinary Institutions of Higher Learning."

马克思主义研究系强化对进入复试考生的诚信要求。对弄虚作假及考试违规、作弊考生，无论何时核查确定，一律按照《国家教育考试违规处理办法》和《普通高等学校学生管理规定》等严肃处理。

III. Preliminary Examination Score Requirements for Candidates Entering the 2020 Doctoral Re-examination of the Department of Marxist Studies

三、2020年马克思主义研究系博士招生进入复试考生的初试成绩要求

1. The single-subject scores for preliminary examination specialized course one and specialized course two must not be lower than 60 points.

1．初试业务课一、业务课二的单科成绩不低于60分；

2. Each admissions specialty within the department shall rank its candidates by their total preliminary examination specialized course scores from high to low. The top five candidates in each admissions specialty shall enter the re-examination (candidates whose total preliminary examination specialized course scores tie for fifth place in the corresponding specialty may also enter the re-examination; for specialties where the number of candidates meeting the above score requirements is fewer than five, the actual number of candidates meeting the line shall apply).

2．本系各招生专业分别按其报考考生的初试业务课总分由高到低进行排名，各招生专业前五名的考生进入复试（考生初试业务课总分在相应专业并列排名第五名者可同时进入复试；初试业务课成绩符合上述条件要求人数不足五人的专业，以该专业实际上线人数为准）。

IV. Re-examination Time and Arrangements

四、复试时间及安排

1. Re-examination time: On July 26, candidates entering the re-examination will participate in the foreign language written examination organized uniformly by the university admissions office; from July 29 to 31, candidates entering the re-examination will participate in the foreign language comprehensive ability interview and the professional comprehensive ability interview organized by the department.

1．复试时间：7月26日，进入复试考生参加由学校招生办统一组织进行的外国语网上笔试；7月29日至31日，进入复试考生参加由本系组织的外国语综合能力面试、专业综合能力面试。

2. Re-examination method: Online remote re-examination

3. Interview platform: In principle, the Xueli Xinwang remote re-examination platform will be used.

4. Specific re-examination requirements and precautions will be notified to candidates entering the re-examination by department staff via telephone, email, and other means.

V. Re-examination Assessment Methods

五、复试考核方式

The Department of Marxist Studies has sufficient qualified candidates. This doctoral admissions re-examination implements a differential re-examination, with the ratio of candidates participating in the re-examination implemented according to the relevant requirements of the university. The re-examination assessment mainly includes the examination of candidates' foreign language proficiency and academic level, assessment of ideological and political quality and moral character, and physical examination.

马克思主义研究系上线生源充足，本次博士招生复试实行差额复试，参加复试考生比例按学校相关要求执行。复试考核主要包括对考生外国语水平、学术水平的考查，思想政治素质和品德考核及体格检查等。

1. Foreign Language Proficiency Examination

1．外国语水平考查

The foreign language proficiency examination in the re-examination stage of the 2020 doctoral admissions examination consists of two parts: a foreign language written examination and a foreign language comprehensive ability interview. The foreign language written examination is organized uniformly by the university, conducted as an online open-book written examination; the foreign language comprehensive ability interview is organized by the department itself, conducted as an online remote interview.

2020年博士招生考试复试阶段外国语水平考试由两部分组成：外国语笔试和外国语综合能力面试。外国语笔试由学校统一组织，采取网上开卷笔试的方式进行；外国语综合能力面试由本系自行组织，采取网上远程面试的方式进行。

2. Professional Academic Level Examination

2．专业学术水平考查

The re-examination panel mainly assesses, based on the professional training requirements, the candidate's ability to comprehensively apply learned knowledge, their grasp of frontier knowledge and the latest research trends in the discipline, and, with reference to the candidate's application materials, evaluates their comprehensive quality and potential for doctoral training.

复试小组主要根据专业培养要求，考察考生综合运用所学知识的能力、对本学科前沿知识及最新研究动态掌握情况，参考考生报考材料，测评其综合素质及是否具备博士生培养的潜能等。

3. Assessment of Ideological and Political Quality and Moral Character

3．思想政治素质和品德考核

The assessment content mainly includes the candidate's political attitude, ideological performance, learning (work) attitude, moral character, and compliance with laws and regulations. Candidates must submit, during the re-examination period, ideological and political quality and moral character assessment materials issued by the Party organization (Party committee, sub-Party committee, general Party branch), personnel, or political work department of their work unit or file-keeping unit. The assessment of ideological and political quality and moral character is not quantified into the total score, but candidates with an unqualified assessment result will not be admitted.

考核内容主要包括考生的政治态度、思想表现、学习（工作）态度、道德品质、遵纪守法等方面。考生应在复试期间提交由所在单位、存档单位党组织（党委、分党委、党总支）、人事、政工部门出具的思想政治素质和道德品质鉴定材料。思想政治素质和道德品质考核不作量化计入总成绩，但考核结果不合格者不予录取。

4. Physical Examination

4．体检

Candidates to be admitted must undergo a physical examination at a local hospital of Grade II Level A or above as required and mail the physical examination report to the department. Those who do not undergo the physical examination, fail the physical examination, or are found to have committed fraud in the physical examination will not be admitted or will have their admission qualification revoked. New students must participate in the unified entrance physical examination organized by the university upon registration; those who fail the physical examination will be dealt with according to relevant regulations.

拟录取考生需按要求到当地二甲以上医院自行体检，并将体检表邮寄至本系。未进行体检、体检不合格者、经查实在体检中弄虚作假者不予录取或取消录取资格。新生报到时需参加学校统一组织的入学体检，体检不合格者按相关规定处理。

VI. Evaluation and Calculation of Re-examination Scores

六、复试成绩的评定及计算

1. The total re-examination score is 300 points. A score of 180 points or above is considered passing. Candidates who fail the re-examination will not be admitted.

1．复试总成绩300分，180分及以上为合格，复试不合格者不予录取。

2. The total re-examination score includes 50 points for the foreign language written examination, 50 points for the foreign language comprehensive ability test (including speaking and listening), and 200 points for the professional comprehensive ability interview.

2．复试总成绩包括外国语笔试50分，外国语综合能力测试（含口语及听力）50分，专业综合能力面试200分。

3. The total score for admission is the sum of the preliminary examination score (total 200 points) and the re-examination score (total 300 points).

3．入学考试总成绩为初试成绩（总分200分）和复试成绩（总分300分）之和。

VII. Time and Method of Information Publication

七、信息公布的时间和方式

1. Publication time: The re-examination work plan and list of re-examination candidates will be published before the re-examination; the re-examination results will be published after the department's re-examination concludes; the list of candidates to be admitted will be published before August 5, 2020 (the publication period shall be no less than 10 working days).

VIII. Supervision and Appeal of the Re-examination

The re-examination is conducted under the guidance and supervision of the university and the Department of Marxist Studies graduate admissions re-examination and admission leading group. If candidates have objections to the re-examination results, they may appeal to the department's re-examination and admission leading group before August 5. Contact number: 010-85195685.
