Call for Papers: Seventh Forum on the Theory and Practice of Ruling Party Building

The Seventh Forum on the Theory and Practice of Ruling Party Building, co-hosted by the Institute of Marxism of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Yangzhou University, and the University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, is scheduled to be held from November 20 to 22, 2020, at Yangzhou University. We sincerely invite academic colleagues and practitioners to write papers around the forum theme and attend the conference for discussion.

由中国社会科学院马克思主义研究院、扬州大学、中国科学院大学联合主办的“第七届执政党建设理论与实践论坛”，拟于2020年11月20日至22日在扬州大学召开。诚邀学界同仁和实务工作者围绕论坛主题撰写论文并拨冗赴会研讨。

1. The forum does not charge a registration fee. Participants are responsible for their own round-trip travel and accommodation expenses. Paper invitation letters can be collected on-site after the afternoon session on November 21.

1.论坛不收取会务费，与会代表往返交通费和住宿费自理。纸质邀请函11月21日下午会后现场领取。

2. Papers and participation confirmation forms should be sent to the email address djcass@sina.com by November 8, 2020. The conference affairs group will send formal invitations based on the quality of the manuscripts.

2.征文和参会回执请于2020年11月8日前发至邮箱djcass@sina.com。会务组将根据文稿质量发送正式邀请。

3. The forum is based on submitted papers. After the conference, selected papers will be compiled for publication or recommended to relevant core journals. The electronic file name of the paper should be "Author Name + University + Article Title." Submissions should choose their own topic and perspective around the theme, and must adhere to the correct political direction and academic orientation. Papers must be unpublished research results, with a length of 6,000 to 10,000 words preferred. Please use Word software for formatting, include 3 to 5 keywords and an abstract of no more than 300 words. Citations should use footnotes at the bottom of each page, with numbering restarting on each page. Please follow the publication format of the journal *Studies on Marxism* [3]3 *Studies on Marxism* (《马克思主义研究》) is a leading Chinese academic journal on Marxist theory, published by the Institute of Marxism of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.. At the end of the text, please include the author’s brief biography, title, position, contact phone number, email address, and other personal information.

3.论坛以文参会，会后将择优结集出版或推荐给有关核心期刊。论文电子版文件名为“作者姓名+学校+文章标题”。来稿请围绕主题自选题目、自选角度，务必坚持正确的政治方向和学术导向；论文须为未公开发表的研究成果，篇幅在6000-10000字为宜，请采用word软件编排，并附3—5个关键词和300字以内内容摘要，引文采用页下脚注，每页重新编号。具体请以《马克思主义研究》杂志的刊发格式为准。文末请附作者简介、职称、职务、联系电话、电子邮箱等个人信息。

4. Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the conference arrangements may be adjusted. Please keep in contact with the conference organizers in a timely manner.
