Call for Papers: “Research on the Modernization of National Governance at the Centenary Historical Intersection” Academic Symposium

On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, in order to promote academic research on the modernization of national governance and the building of a great modern socialist country, the Academy of Marxism of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Harbin Normal University plan to jointly hold the “2021 Academic Symposium on the Modernization of National Governance at the Historical Intersection” from June 11 to 13, 2021. We now solicit papers from academic colleagues nationwide, and welcome everyone to attend the symposium with their papers.

在中国共产党成立100周年之际，为推动国家治理现代化和社会主义现代化强国建设的学术研究，中国社会科学院马克思主义研究院、哈尔滨师范大学拟于2021年6月11—13日共同举办“2021年历史交汇点的现代化国家治理研究学术研讨会”。现面向全国学界同仁征集论文，欢迎大家以文赴会。

IV. Symposium Format

四、会议形式

Symposium Format: In-person symposium. No registration fee will be charged. Participants’ transportation and accommodation expenses are to be borne by themselves.

会议形式：线下会议，会议不收取会务费，与会者的交通费和住宿费自理。

V. Participation Method

五、参会方式

1. The symposium adopts a paper-based participation method. Experts and scholars are requested to write papers around the symposium theme and topics. Paper requirements are as follows:

1.会议采取以文参会的方式，请各位专家学者围绕会议主题和议题撰写论文。论文要求如下：

(1) Guided by Marxism, with a clear theme, reflecting academic rigor and innovation; (2) An abstract (approximately 400 words), keywords (3–5), author biography (name, gender, work unit, title, position), and detailed contact information (address, phone number, email) must be attached before the main text; (3) The main text should follow the submission style of *Studies on Marxism*; (4) The length should be around 8,000 words, with standardized citations and accurate quotations.

（1）以马克思主义为指导，主题鲜明，体现学术性和创新性；（2）务必在正文前附内容提要（400字左右）、关键词（3—5个）、作者简介（姓名、性别、工作单位、职称、职务）及详细联系方式（地址、电话、电子邮箱）；（3）正文请参照《马克思主义研究》投稿体例；（4）字数在8000字左右，要求注释规范、引文准确。

2. Symposium papers should be sent in Word document format to the symposium email: hsdmyhy@126.com, with the file named “Name + Paper Title.” The submission deadline is April 30, 2021. After the initial selection of papers, the forum preparatory group will send invitations to attend to selected authors before May 20.

2.会议论文请以Word文档形式发送至会议邮箱：hsdmyhy@126.com，文件命名为“姓名+论文题目”，投稿截止日期为2021年04月30日。论文通过初选后，论坛筹备组将于5月20日之前向入选作者发出参会邀请函。
