In accordance with the requirements of the "Notice of the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences on the Proper Implementation of the 2021 Doctoral Admissions Re-examination and Admission Work," the School of Marxism, in light of the specific realities of its work, hereby arranges the relevant work for the 2021 doctoral admissions re-examination and admission as follows:

根据《中国社会科学院大学关于做好2021年博士研究生复试录取工作的通知》要求，马克思主义学院结合具体工作实际，就 2021年博士研究生招生复试录取相关工作安排如下：

I. Re-examination Organization and Management

一、复试组织管理

1. Establish and improve the organizational management structure, forming a re-examination and admission work group with the head of the School of Marxism as the group leader and no fewer than three members, including personnel from discipline inspection and supervision [1]1 Discipline inspection and supervision (纪检监察) refers to the Party and state organs responsible for overseeing Party discipline and government integrity, a key component of the CPC's internal supervision system. and other relevant departments.

1.建立健全组织管理机构，成立以马克思主义学院负责人为组长、纪检监察等相关部门参与的不少于三人的复试录取工作小组。

2. Under the guidance of the re-examination and admission work group, form a re-examination group (by academic discipline) composed of no fewer than five teachers and experts from the School of Marxism, to examine the academic level and other aspects of the candidates participating in the re-examination.

2.在复试录取工作小组指导下，成立由马克思主义学院教师、专家组成的不少于五人的（学科专业）复试小组，对参加复试的考生进行学术水平等方面的考查。

II. Re-examination Qualification Review

二、复试资格审查

Candidates entering the re-examination for the School of Marxism must submit relevant qualification review materials as required. Degrees obtained abroad must have a certification certificate from the Ministry of Education's Service Center for Scholarly Exchange; if the School has questions about a candidate's academic qualifications (student status) information, the candidate must provide an authentication certificate from an authoritative institution as required. Those who do not meet the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the University will not be allowed to participate in the re-examination.

马克思主义学院进入复试考生须按要求提交相关资格审查材料。在境外获得的学位应取得教育部留学服务中心认证的认证证书；如本院对考生的学历（学籍）信息有疑问，考生须按要求提供权威机构出具的认证证明。对不符合教育部及学校相关规定者，不予复试。

The School of Marxism strengthens the integrity requirements for candidates entering the re-examination. For those who engage in fraud, examination violations, or cheating, regardless of when it is verified and determined, they will be dealt with seriously in accordance with the "Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations" and the "Regulations on the Management of Students in Ordinary Institutions of Higher Learning."

马克思主义学院强化对进入复试考生的诚信要求。对弄虚作假及考试违规、作弊考生，无论何时核查确定，一律按照《国家教育考试违规处理办法》和《普通高等学校学生管理规定》等严肃处理。

III. Rules for Determining the List of Candidates Entering the Re-examination

三、进入复试考生名单的确定规则

1. The score for the foreign language subject in the preliminary examination must not be lower than 50 points;

1.初试外国语科目成绩不低于50分；

2. The scores for each of the two specialized courses in the preliminary examination must not be lower than 55 points, and the total score for the two courses must not be lower than 125 points;

2.初试专业课一、专业课二单科成绩不低于55分，两科成绩合计不低于125分；

3. For each specialty, the number of candidates to participate in the re-examination shall be set at 180% of the enrollment plan, and the list of candidates entering the re-examination shall be determined based on the ranking of the total scores of the preliminary examination for candidates applying to each specialty (candidates applying to the same specialty with the same total preliminary examination score and ranking may enter the re-examination simultaneously);

3.各专业分别按招生计划的180%拟定参加复试考生人数，依据各专业报考考生初试总分排名高低确定进入复试考生名单（报考相同专业的考生初试总分及排名相同者可同时进入复试）；

4. For specialties where the number of candidates meeting the above score requirements is insufficient, the actual number of candidates who have passed the score line for that specialty shall prevail.

4.初试成绩符合上述条件要求人数不足的专业，以该专业实际上线人数为准。

IV. Re-examination Time and Related Arrangements

四、复试时间及相关安排

1. Re-examination time: June 15, 2021. Candidates entering the re-examination will participate in the comprehensive foreign language ability interview and the comprehensive professional ability interview organized by the School of Marxism.

1.复试时间：2021年6月15日，进入复试考生参加由马克思主义学院组织的外国语综合能力面试、专业综合能力面试。

2. Re-examination location: Academy of Marxism, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, No. 5 Jianguomennei Avenue, Dongcheng District, Beijing.

3. Re-examination method: The School of Marxism will, in principle, adopt an offline re-examination method. Candidates stranded overseas due to the epidemic or unable to participate in the offline re-examination according to epidemic prevention regulations may, with the approval of the relevant university departments, adopt an online re-examination method.

3.复试方式：马克思主义学院原则上采取线下复试方式，因疫情滞留境外及按防疫规定无法参加线下复试的考生，经学校相关部门批准后可采取线上复试的方式。

4. Specific re-examination requirements and precautions, etc., will be notified to candidates entering the re-examination by the School of Marxism staff via telephone, email, and other means.

4.复试具体要求及注意事项等由马克思主义学院工作人员通过电话、电子邮件等方式通知进入复试考生。

V. Re-examination Assessment Methods

五、复试考核方式

The School of Marxism has sufficient candidates who have passed the preliminary examination score line. This doctoral admissions re-examination implements a differential re-examination, and the proportion of candidates participating in the re-examination is implemented in accordance with the relevant requirements of the University. The re-examination assessment mainly includes the examination of candidates' foreign language level, academic level, and assessment of ideological and political quality and moral character.

马克思主义学院上线生源充足，本次博士招生复试实行差额复试，参加复试考生比例按学校相关要求执行。复试考核主要包括对考生外国语水平、学术水平的考查、思想政治素质和品德考核等。

1. Foreign Language Level Examination

1.外国语水平考查

During the re-examination stage, a comprehensive foreign language ability test will be conducted, in the form of an interview, organized by the School of Marxism itself.

复试阶段进行外国语综合能力测试，考查形式为面试，由马克思主义学院自行组织。

2. Professional Academic Level Examination

2.专业学术水平考查

The professional academic level examination takes the form of an interview. The re-examination group mainly assesses, based on the professional training requirements, the candidate's ability to comprehensively apply learned knowledge, their grasp of the frontier knowledge and latest research trends in the discipline, and, with reference to the candidate's application materials, evaluates their comprehensive quality and potential for doctoral training.

专业学术水平考查形式为面试，复试小组主要根据专业培养要求，考查考生综合运用所学知识的能力、对本学科前沿知识及最新研究动态掌握情况，参考考生报考材料，测评其综合素质及是否具备博士生培养的潜能等。

3. Assessment of Ideological and Political Quality and Moral Character

3.思想政治素质和品德考核

The assessment content mainly includes the candidate's political attitude, ideological performance, study (work) attitude, moral character, law-abidingness, and other aspects. Candidates must submit, during the re-examination period, an assessment document of ideological and political quality and moral character issued by the Party organization (Party committee, sub-Party committee, general Party branch), personnel, or political work department of their work unit or file-keeping unit. The assessment of ideological and political quality and moral character is not quantified and included in the total score, but candidates with an unqualified assessment result will not be admitted.

考核内容主要包括考生的政治态度、思想表现、学习（工作）态度、道德品质、遵纪守法等方面。考生应在复试期间提交由所在单位、存档单位党组织（党委、分党委、党总支）、人事、政工部门出具的思想政治素质和道德品质鉴定材料。思想政治素质和道德品质考核不作量化计入总成绩，但考核结果不合格者不予录取。

4. Physical Examination

4.体检

No physical examination will be organized during the re-examination stage. The physical examination for candidates proposed for admission will be completed during the enrollment physical examination. Those who fail the physical examination will have their admission qualification canceled as required.

复试阶段不组织体检。拟录取考生体检在入学体检中完成，体检不合格者，按要求取消入学资格。

VI. Scoring and Calculation

六、成绩的评定及计算

1. The total score for the re-examination is 300 points. A score of 180 points or above is considered passing. Candidates who fail the re-examination will not be admitted.

1.复试总成绩300分，180分及以上为合格，复试不合格者不予录取。

2. The total re-examination score includes 50 points for the comprehensive foreign language ability test (including oral and listening) and 250 points for the comprehensive professional ability interview.

2．复试总成绩包括外国语综合能力测试（含口语及听力）50分，专业综合能力面试250分。

3. The total score for admission is the sum of the preliminary examination score (total 300 points) and the re-examination score (total 300 points).

VII. Re-examination Information Disclosure and Publicity

1. The re-examination work plan and the list of candidates entering the re-examination will be published before the re-examination;

VIII. Epidemic Prevention and Control Precautions

八、疫情防控注意事项

1. In accordance with the latest epidemic prevention and control requirements of the Beijing education system, candidates for the re-examination must hold a negative nucleic acid test report within 7 days. Those who have completed vaccination (the last dose) for at least 2 weeks (i.e., those whose vaccination result displayed as "Vaccination Completed" for at least 2 weeks in the "Beijing Health Bao" mini-program on their mobile phone—Health Service Appointment Inquiry) may be exempted from providing the nucleic acid test report. Candidates for the re-examination must report to the School of Marxism in advance by providing the nucleic acid test report or a screenshot of the "Vaccination Completed" status, etc., and go through the entry and exit procedures as required.

1.根据北京市教育系统疫情防控最新要求，复试考生须持 7 日内核酸检测阴性报告，已完成疫苗接种（最后一针接种）满 2 周以上者（即手机“北京健康宝”小程序—健康服务预约查询中查询疫苗接种结果为“疫苗接种完成”满 2 周以上），可免核酸检测阴性报告。复试考生须于复试前向马克思主义学院提供核酸检测报告或“疫苗接种完成”截图情况等进行报备，按要求办理出入手续。

2. Candidates stranded overseas due to the epidemic, from medium- and high-risk areas, or otherwise unable to participate in the offline re-examination according to epidemic prevention regulations may, with the approval of the University, adopt an online re-examination method and are not permitted to participate in the offline re-examination.

2.因疫情滞留境外、来自中高风险地区及其他按防疫规定无法参加线下复试的考生，经学校批准后可采取线上复试的方式，不得参加线下复试。

3. When entering the re-examination venue, candidates must proactively cooperate with body temperature checks. Only those with a body temperature below 37.3°C may enter.

3.考生进入复试考核场所时，须主动配合接受体温检测，体温低于 37.3°C方可进入。

4. On the day of the re-examination assessment, candidates must wear masks throughout the waiting period, maintain a distance of at least 1 meter, and not move around casually. Before entering the re-examination venue, they must disinfect their hands. After the re-examination assessment concludes, they must leave the venue in an orderly manner as soon as possible to avoid crowding.

4.复试考核当天考生候场时须全程佩戴口罩，保持1米间隔距离，不得随意走动。进入复试考核场所前，须进行手部消毒。复试考核结束后须尽快有序离开，避免拥挤。

IX. Re-examination Supervision and Appeals

九、复试的监督和复议

The re-examination is conducted under the guidance and supervision of the University's Graduate Admissions Leading Group and the School of Marxism's Graduate Admissions Re-examination and Admission Work Group.
