Researchers from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences’ Institute of Marxism, Department of Chinese Socialism, Conduct Party Group History Education Themed Activity and Rural Revitalization Survey in Wenquan Town, Haidian District

On October 14, 2021, Shen Yang, Director of the Research Office of the Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, Department of Research on the Sinicization of Marxism, Institute of Marxism, led members of the research office to Wenquan Town, Haidian District, to conduct a Party group history education themed activity and a rural revitalization survey. Baijiatuan Village in Wenquan Town, Haidian District, and Luobang (Beijing) Commercial Management Co., Ltd. attached great importance to this survey activity. Gao Shengli, Secretary of the Baijiatuan Village Party Branch, Zhang Jiqiang, General Manager of Luobang (Beijing) Headquarters, and representatives of Henan Zhengyun Agriculture accompanied and assisted the survey throughout.

2021年10月14日，马克思主义研究院马克思主义中国化研究部中国特色社会主义理论体系研究室主任沈阳带领研究室成员，赴海淀区温泉镇开展党小组党史教育主题活动和乡村振兴调研。海淀区温泉镇白家疃村和罗邦（北京）商业管理有限公司高度重视本次调研活动，白家疃村党支部书记高胜利、罗邦（北京）商业总部总经理张继强、河南郑云农业代表等全程陪同协助调研。

In the morning, the research office held a symposium with responsible comrades from Baijiatuan Village and representatives of Luobang (Beijing) Commercial, themed “The Situation of Rural Revitalization Industrial Development in Baijiatuan Village, Wenquan Town.” The responsible comrade from Baijiatuan Village, Wenquan Town, carefully introduced the village’s basic situation, industrial overview, cultural relics, and so on. Subsequently, everyone visited the Baijiatuan Village Cultural and Historical Museum and the Luobang (Beijing) Commercial Xiangshan Base, and gained an in-depth understanding of the operation of the agricultural and sideline product supply chain.

The Baijiatuan Village History Museum integrates service functions such as “display, education, and culture.” It records in detail the village’s historical evolution, village culture, and folk customs. In terms of content, it covers village historical legends, the origin of *Dream of the Red Chamber*, the history of agricultural development, the development of industry and sideline occupations, a chronicle of major village collective events, a roll of martyrs, a chronicle of major Party and government events, and core socialist values. The village history museum has become an important carrier for enhancing the historical and cultural connotation of the countryside, displaying the characteristics of rural folk customs, and accelerating cultural-ethical progress.

白家疃村史馆集“陈列、教育、文化”等服务功能于一体，详细记录了该村的村史沿革、村落文化、民俗风情，在内容方面涵盖村史传说、红楼梦源、农业发展史、工副业发展、村集体大事记、烈士榜、党政大事记、社会主义核心价值观。村史馆已经成为提升乡村历史文化内涵、展现乡村民俗特色、加快精神文明建设的重要载体。

In the afternoon, the research office carefully listened to the case of Henan Zhengyun Agriculture’s return to their hometown to start a business, and gained an in-depth understanding of the operational mechanism, social benefits, and development plans of Luobang (Beijing) Commercial. Luobang (Beijing) Commercial is committed to fully leveraging practice-based supply chain safety standards, professional service experience, and national agricultural product base resources, combining its own technological innovation advantages to promote the “construction of a digital and intelligent supply chain platform.” Using big data technological means, it is gradually building a supply chain management system of “one platform, one set of standards, a national service network” nationwide, assisting in the standardized, high-quality development of the food supply chain, exploring the creation of direct production-to-sales channels for agricultural and sideline products, and helping to advance the rural revitalization strategy.

下午，研究室一行认真听取了河南郑云农业返乡创业案例，并深入了解了罗邦（北京）商业的运营机制、社会效益、发展规划等。罗邦（北京）商业致力于充分发挥基于实践制定的供应链安全标准、专业化服务经验及全国农产品基地资源，结合自身科技创新优势，推进“数智化供应链平台建设”，运用大数据科技手段在全国范围内，逐步打造“一个平台、一套标准、全国服务网络”的供应链管理体系，助力食材供应链的规范、高质量发展，探索打造农副产品产销直供通道，助力推进乡村振兴战略。

Finally, the research office and relevant representatives conducted an in-depth discussion centered on “grassroots Party organizations studying Party history, strengthening capabilities to lead rural revitalization and integrated cultural and tourism development.” In particular, extensive exchanges were held on themes such as deeply studying Party history, strengthening grassroots Party building, enhancing political responsibility and sense of mission, as well as entrepreneurial spirit, smart agriculture, and the cultivation of rural revitalization talent. Several suggestions were put forward for achieving comprehensive rural revitalization.

最后，研究室与相关代表围绕着“基层党组织学习党史，强能力带领乡村振兴和文旅融合发展”进行了深入探讨，尤其是就深入学习党史、加强基层党组织建设、增强政治责任感和使命感以及创业精神、智慧农业、乡村振兴人才培养等主题进行了广泛交流，并为实现乡村全面振兴提出了若干建议。

Implementing the rural revitalization strategy is an inevitable choice for achieving common prosperity for all the people. Baijiatuan Village has conducted extensive exploration in rural revitalization and has gained certain experience and development results. In the future, it is necessary to further leverage the demonstration role and spillover effects of advantageous industries, providing more replicable development models for promoting rural revitalization.
