“Call for Papers: The 10th Forum on Scientific Atheism”

In order to implement the spirit of the 2021 National Conference on Religious Work and to welcome the convening of the 20th National Congress of the CPC, the “10th Forum on Scientific Atheism,” hosted by the Academy of Marxism of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Heilongjiang University, is scheduled to be held in Harbin in mid-to-late September 2022. The forum is funded by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences’ Project on the Construction and Theoretical Research of Marxist Theory. This forum is jointly organized by the Research Center for Science and Atheism of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the Chinese Atheism Society, and the School of Marxism of Heilongjiang University. Its theme is: “Propaganda and Education on Marxist Atheism in the New Era in China: Experience and Prospects.”

为贯彻落实2021年全国宗教工作会议精神，迎接党的二十大召开，中国社会科学院马克思主义研究院、黑龙江大学主办的“第十届科学无神论论坛”拟于2022年9月中下旬在哈尔滨举行。论坛受中国社会科学院马克思主义理论学科建设与理论研究工程资助。本届论坛由中国社会科学院科学与无神论研究中心、中国无神论学会、黑龙江大学马克思主义学院共同承办，主题为：“新时代中国马克思主义无神论宣传教育：经验与展望”。

This forum will focus on the following topics for discussion:

1. The expositions of Marxist classical writers on propaganda and education on atheism

1. 马克思主义经典作家关于无神论宣传教育的论述

2. The history of propaganda and education on Marxist atheism by the Communist Party of China over the past century

2. 百年中国共产党马克思主义无神论宣传教育的历史

3. The expositions and policies of the Party Central Committee in the New Era on propaganda and education on Marxist atheism

3. 新时代党中央关于马克思主义无神论宣传教育的论述和政策

4. The practice of propaganda and education on Marxist atheism in the New Era

4. 新时代马克思主义无神论宣传教育工作的实践

5. Strategies for conducting targeted propaganda and education on Marxist atheism

5. 有针对性开展马克思主义无神论宣传教育的策略

The forum follows the principle of “participation based on submitted papers.” Experts and scholars from national research institutions, institutions of higher education, Party schools, and cadre colleges, as well as comrades from practical work departments, are welcome to actively submit papers for participation. All submitted papers must be new works that have not been published, and should include an abstract, keywords, author biography, and contact information such as mailing address, postal code, phone number, and email address. The deadline for paper submissions is August 31, 2022. The electronic version of the submitted paper should be sent in Word document format to the forum’s dedicated email address: kxwslluntan@163.com.

论坛实行“以文赴会”的原则，欢迎全国各科研机构、高等院校、党校、干部学院的专家学者，以及实际工作部门的同志踊跃投稿参会。应征论文均为未发表的新作，包括内容提要、关键词、作者简介和通讯地址、邮政编码、联系电话、电子邮箱等信息。征文截稿日期：2022年8月31日。投稿论文电子版请以Word文档形式发送至论坛专用邮箱：kxwslluntan@163.com。
