In order to deeply study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on passing on the red gene

为深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于传承红色基因的重要论述，不断深化对方志敏革命精神的研究阐释，传承红色基因，赓续红色血脉，拟于2023年8月中旬在江西方志敏干部学院举办“弘扬革命精神，传承红色基因”全国理论研修班。现面向全国各界征文，具体事项如下：

Outstanding young and middle-aged experts, scholars, and doctoral candidates in relevant research fields nationwide will be invited through targeted solicitation and thematic call for papers (approximately 40 people).

通过定向约稿和主题征文方式邀请全国相关研究领域优秀中青年专家学者和在读博士参加（约40人）。

V. Submission Requirements

1. Adhere to correct historical materialism and the correct view of Party history; maintain correct political orientation, clear stance, and accurate viewpoints.

1.坚持正确的唯物史观和党史观，政治导向正确、立场鲜明、观点正确。

2. Emphasize the integration of history and theory; provide detailed historical materials, precise exposition, rigorous logic, fluent language, and a plain writing style.

2.注重史论结合，史料翔实，论述精当，逻辑严谨，语言流畅，文风朴实。

3. Demonstrate originality, conform to academic norms, possess high academic, theoretical, and practical value, and be the author’s unpublished original work.

3.体现原创性，符合学术规范，具有较高的学术价值、理论价值和应用价值，是作者未公开发表的原创成果。

4. Papers should be 8,000–10,000 characters (including notes), containing an abstract, keywords, and main text, with footnotes. After the text, indicate the author’s name, unit, title (position), and contact information.

4.论文字数在8000—10000字（含注释），全文包含摘要、关键词和正文，页下注。文后注明作者姓名、单位、职称（职务）、联系方式。

1. The seminar will primarily adopt a combination of expert guidance, on-site teaching, and group discussions.

1.研修班主要采取专家辅导、现场教学、分组研讨等相结合的方式开展。

2. After the submission deadline, the organizers will conduct a paper review and invite authors of outstanding papers to participate in the seminar (for multi-author papers, the first author will be invited, or the authors may decide among themselves who will attend). Participants are responsible for their own round-trip travel expenses; related expenses during the seminar will be borne by the organizers. Seminar participants will also receive a complimentary set of the *Historical Materials Collection of the Fujian-Zhejiang-Jiangxi Revolutionary Base Area* (9 volumes, Central Party Literature Press and Jiangxi People’s Publishing House, 2023 edition).

2.征文截止后，主办方将组织论文评审，邀请优秀论文作者参加研修班（多人合作者邀请第一作者或由作者自行商定其中一人）。参加研修班人员除往返交通费自理外，研修期间相关费用由主办方承担，研修班学员还将获赠1套《闽浙赣革命根据地历史资料文库》（共9册，中央文献出版社、江西人民出版社2023年版）。

3. After the seminar, selected papers will be compiled into a collection and actively recommended for publication in theoretical outlets such as *Studies on Marxism*, *Jiangxi Social Sciences*, and *Jiangxi Daily*.

3.研修班结束后将对入选论文进行整理，结集汇编成册，并积极向《马克思主义研究》《江西社会科学》《江西日报》等理论载体推荐择优登用。
