2023 Postdoctoral Recruitment Announcement of the Academy of Marxism

In accordance with the relevant documents issued by the General Office of the State Council, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and the National Postdoctoral Management Committee, the postdoctoral research station of the Academy of Marxism will continue to adhere to a project- and research-oriented approach in its 2023 recruitment. Following the principle of “fairness, justice, openness, and择优 [selecting the best],” it plans to recruit three state-funded postdoctoral researchers.

根据国办、人社部和全国博士后管理委员会下发的相关文件，马克思主义研究院博士后流动站2023年度招收工作继续坚持以课题及研究项目为导向，按照“公平、公正、公开、择优”的原则，拟招收国家资助类博士后工作人员3名。

I. Recruitment Conditions

一、招收条件

(1) Applicants must possess good political quality and moral cultivation, abide by laws and regulations, and should be doctoral graduates from “Double First-Class” construction universities [1]1 “Double First-Class” construction universities: A Chinese government initiative launched in 2017 to develop a group of world-class universities and first-class disciplines, replacing the earlier “Project 211” and “Project 985” designations. or key research institutions such as the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences or the Chinese Academy of Sciences (including doctoral graduates from the world’s top 200 universities by overall ranking or disciplinary ranking), with a certain accumulation of academic achievements, to engage in postdoctoral research at our institute;

（一）具有良好的政治素质和道德修养，遵纪守法，应为“双一流”建设高校或中国社科院、中国科学院等重点科研院所博士毕业（含世界综合排名或学科排名前200位高校博士毕业），已有一定学术积累的青年人才到我院从事博士后研究工作;

(2) Applicants must have published at least two academic papers as sole author or first author in core journals during their doctoral studies; those without published papers must have had their doctoral dissertation rated as “excellent”; the journals for published papers shall be referenced against the *General Catalogue of Chinese Core Journals*, the *Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index*, and the *Evaluation Report of Chinese Humanities and Social Sciences Journals*;

（二）应于博士期间独著或作为第一作者在核心期刊发表至少两篇学术论文；无论文发表者，博士毕业论文应被评为“优秀”；论文发表期刊参照《中文核心期刊要目总览》《中文社会科学引文索引》《中国人文社会科学期刊评价报告》;

(3) Applicants should have a strong academic background and research capability, with a certain accumulation of academic achievements in their field of expertise, demonstrating clear research potential;

（三）学术背景较好、研究能力较强，在所从事的学科领域具有一定学术积累，表现出较强的科研潜力；

(4) Applicants must be in good health and under 35 years of age;

（四）身体健康，年龄在35周岁以下；

(5) Applicants must engage in full-time postdoctoral research during their tenure at the station;

（五）在站期间全职从事博士后研究工作；

(6) Staff of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences are not eligible to apply for postdoctoral positions at the Academy;

（六）中国社会科学院工作人员不得申请在本院做博士后；

(7) This station does not accept doctoral graduates trained in the first-level discipline of Marxist studies at our Academy for postdoctoral research at this station, nor does it recruit leading cadres from Party and government organs for in-service postdoctoral research.

（七）本站不接收我院马克思主义研究一级学科培养的博士毕业生在本流动站从事博士后研究工作，不招收党政机关领导干部在职进站从事博士后研究。

II. Disciplinary Directions for Recruitment

二、招收学科方向

Basic principles of Marxism, study on adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of the times, history of Marxist development, scientific socialism and the international communist movement, study of Marxism abroad, Party building, etc.

马克思主义基本原理、马克思主义中国化研究、马克思主义发展史、科学社会主义与国际共产主义运动、国外马克思主义研究、党的建设等。

III. Benefits During Tenure at the Station

三、在站期间待遇

(1) Daily funding: Implemented in accordance with the “Notice on Adjusting the Standard for Daily Funding of Postdoctoral Researchers” jointly issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Finance;

（一）日常经费：按照人力资源社会保障部 财政部联合下发的“关于调整博士后日常经费标准的通知”要求执行；

(2) Social insurance and housing provident fund shall be provided;

（二）享受社会保险及公积金；

(3) This station does not provide postdoctoral apartments; accommodation must be arranged by the individual.

（三）本站不提供博士后公寓，住宿需自行解决。

IV. Standards for Completion of the Station

四、出站标准：

During their tenure at the station, in addition to completing one “postdoctoral exit report” of relatively high academic value, researchers must also, with “Chinese Academy of Social Sciences” or “xx Institute (Academy) of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences” as the author’s affiliation, as sole author, first author, or second author (with the postdoctoral co-supervisor as first author), complete one of the following tasks:

在站期间除完成1部具有较高学术价值的“博士后出站报告”外，还须以“中国社会科学院”或“中国社会科学院xx研究所（院）”为作者单位，独著或作为第一作者、第二作者（博士后合作导师为第一作者），完成以下任务中的其中一项：

1. Publish one academic paper in a top-tier or authoritative journal (referencing the *Evaluation Report of Chinese Humanities and Social Sciences Journals* issued by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, or in a foreign-language journal of equivalent influence);

1.在顶级、权威期刊（参照中国社会科学院发布的《中国人文社会科学期刊评价报告》，或同等影响力外文期刊发表1篇学术论文;

2. Publish two academic papers in core journals or foreign-language journals of equivalent influence.

2.在核心期刊或同等影响力外文期刊发表2篇学术论文。

V. Requirements for Application Materials

五、申报材料要求

(1) The postdoctoral application form of the Academy of Marxism (available for download in the attachment);

（一）马研院博士后申请表（可见附件下载填写）；

Supporting materials for the papers, works, awards, and projects involved (one photocopy each). Papers must include the journal cover, table of contents, and the first and last pages of the author’s article; works must include the cover and copyright page; awards must include the certificate; projects must include the project approval document or completion document; articles that have been accepted but not yet published must include a “notice of acceptance” stamped by the editorial department of the journal;

其中涉及的论文、著作、奖励及承担项目的证明材料（复印件一份）。论文需提交刊物封面、目录及作者文章首末页；著作需提交著作封面及版权页；奖励需提交证书；承担项目需提交项目立项书或结项书；拟采用但未发表的文章需提交由该刊编辑部盖章的“拟采用通知书”；

(2) One photocopy of the doctoral degree certificate or the “resolution of the doctoral dissertation defense committee”;

（二）博士学位证书复印件或“博士学位论文答辩委员会决议书”复印件一份;

(3) One copy of the doctoral dissertation;

（三）博士学位论文一本；

(4) One photocopy of a valid identification document;

（四）本人有效证件复印件一份；

(5) A certificate of medical fitness issued by a recent examination at a Grade III Level A hospital [2]2 Grade III Level A hospital: The highest tier in China’s three-tier hospital classification system, indicating a comprehensive, top-level medical institution. (blood tests must include “comprehensive biochemistry” results).

（五）近期三甲医院出具的体检合格证明（血液检验需包含“大生化”结果）。
