Call for Papers: 2023 Annual Conference of the New-Type Collective Economy Research Sub-Association of the Chinese Political Economy Society and the First Rural Revitalization Forum

The 20th National Congress of the CPC proposed comprehensively advancing rural revitalization, emphasizing accelerating the building of an agricultural powerhouse and solidly promoting the revitalization of rural industries, talent, culture, ecology, and organizations. To deeply study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC, the New-Type Collective Economy Research Sub-Association of the Chinese Political Economy Society plans to hold its 2023 Annual Conference and the First Rural Revitalization Forum on December 23–24, 2023, in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The conference is jointly hosted by the New-Type Collective Economy Research Sub-Association of the Chinese Political Economy Society and Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, and organized by the School of Marxism and the School of Economics of Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, as well as the Zhejiang Institute of Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics and the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (abbreviated as “Zhejiang Institute”). It is co-organized by *Studies on Marxism*, *World Socialism Studies*, *World Review of Political Economy*, *Observation and Thinking*, and the Marxism Research Network. We sincerely invite teaching and research personnel from national research institutions, universities, Party and government departments, as well as rural cadres, to submit papers and attend.

党的二十大提出全面推进乡村振兴，强调加快建设农业强国，扎实推动乡村产业、人才、文化、生态、组织振兴。为深入学习贯彻党的二十大精神，中国政治经济学学会新型集体经济研究分会拟定于2023年12月23-24日在浙江省杭州市召开中国政治经济学学会新型集体经济研究分会2023年年会暨第一届乡村振兴论坛。会议由中国政治经济学学会新型集体经济研究分会、浙江财经大学联合主办，浙江财经大学马克思主义学院、经济学院、浙江财经大学-中国社会科学院大学浙江研究院”（简称“浙江研究院”）承办，《马克思主义研究》《世界社会主义研究》《世界政治经济学评论》《观察与思考》、马克思主义研究网协办。现诚邀全国科研机构、高等院校、党政部门等单位的教学和研究人员以及乡村干部积极投稿、参会。

IV. Participation Method

四、参会方式

1. The conference adopts a paper-based participation method. Experts and scholars are requested to write papers around the conference theme and topics. Paper requirements are as follows:

1.会议采取以文参会的方式，请各位专家学者围绕会议主题和议题撰写论文。论文要求如下：

(1) Guided by Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, the important thought of the Three Represents, the Scientific Outlook on Development, and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, closely integrating the study and implementation of the spirit of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the 20th National Congress of the CPC. The paper should have a clear theme, reflecting ideological content, timeliness, academic rigor, and innovation. (2) An abstract (approximately 400 words), keywords (3–5), author biography (name, gender, work unit, title, position), and detailed contact information (address, phone, email) must be attached before the main text. (3) The main text should follow the submission format of *Studies on Marxism*. (4) The paper should be around 8,000 words, with standardized citations and accurate quotations.

（1）以马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想、科学发展观、习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，紧密结合学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想、党的二十大精神，主题鲜明，体现思想性、时代性、学术性和创新性。（2）务必在正文前附内容提要（400字左右）、关键词（3-5个）、作者简介（姓名、性别、工作单位、职称、职务）及详细联系方式（地址、电话、电子邮箱）；（3）正文请参照《马克思主义研究》投稿体例；（4）字数在8000字左右，要求注释规范、引文准确。

2. The conference welcomes rural grassroots cadres, leaders in common prosperity, college-graduate village officials, and other practitioners of rural revitalization to share practical cases of rural revitalization and prepare conference speeches.

2.会议欢迎农村基层干部、共同富裕带头人、大学生村官等乡村振兴实践者到会分享乡村振兴实践案例，并请准备会议发言稿。

3. Conference papers and speech drafts should be sent in Word format to the conference email: mkszyxy@zufe.edu.cn. File naming format: “Name + Unit + Paper (Speech) Title.” Submission deadline: November 25, 2023.

4. The conference organizing committee will send formal invitations to selected participants and recommend outstanding papers to important journals such as *Studies on Marxism*, *World Socialism Studies*, *World Review of Political Economy*, and *Observation and Thinking*.
