Children’s Hearts Praise the Motherland, Joyfully Celebrating June 1st

“Children are the future of the motherland and the hope of the Chinese nation.” To joyfully welcome the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China and celebrate the 2024 “June 1st” International Children’s Day, to cultivate children’s patriotic sentiments from an early age and display the new spiritual outlook of children in the New Era, with the approval of the Party Committee of the Academy, the Trade Union and the Women’s Work Committee of the Institute of Marxism Studies held a themed works collection event titled “Children’s Hearts Praise the Motherland, Joyfully Celebrating June 1st” from June 1st to June 15th, 2024.

“少年儿童是祖国的未来，是中华民族的希望”。为喜迎新中国成立75周年并欢度2024年度的“六一”国际儿童节，从小培养孩子们的爱国情怀，展现新时代少年儿童崭新精神风貌，经院党委同意，马研院工会、妇工委于2024年6月1日-15日举办了“童心颂祖国 快乐庆六一”的主题作品征集活动。

This event adopted a combination of video display and exhibition board display. By means of telling red stories, reciting red poems, playing red music, and performing red dances, the patriotic sentiments of the “Little Marxist Flowers” were expressed; through children’s painting, calligraphy, and photography, the happy lives and beautiful childhoods of the “Little Marxist Flowers” were recorded.

本次活动采用视频展示和展板展示相结合的方式。借助讲述红色故事、朗诵红色诗歌、弹奏红色乐曲及表演红色舞蹈等形式抒发“马小花”们的爱国情怀；借助儿童绘画、书法、摄影的方式，记录“马小花”们的幸福生活和美好童年。

The event was welcomed by the staff of our institute and their families, who actively participated and enthusiastically submitted works. A total of 29 works were received, including 9 video works and 20 picture works. After the event, the Trade Union and the Women’s Work Committee of the Institute of Marxism Studies carefully produced exhibition boards and an event video, sharing with everyone the patriotic sentiments of the “Little Marxist Flowers” and the joy of their happy growth.

活动受到了我院职工及家属的欢迎，大家积极参与，踊跃投稿。共收到作品29份，包括9份视频作品和20副图片作品。活动结束后，马研院工会、妇工委精心制作了展板与活动视频，与大家一起感受“马小花”们的爱国情怀与幸福成长的喜悦。

To thank everyone for their strong support and active participation in this event, the Trade Union and the Women’s Work Committee also prepared exquisite and practical souvenirs for all staff who participated, which were loved by the children.

The implementation of this event not only displayed love for the Party and the motherland from the unique perspective of children, but also allowed the children to spend a fulfilling, colorful, happy, and unforgettable holiday in the process of promoting the excellent traditional Chinese culture and continuing the red bloodline.

本次活动的开展，不仅从儿童独特的视角展现了对党和祖国的热爱，更是让孩子们在弘扬中华优秀传统文化，赓续红色血脉中度过了一个充实而多彩，快乐又难忘的节日。
