Call for Papers for the 11th Forum on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the 14th Academic Forum on Adapting Marxism to the Chinese Context

In order to implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC and the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC, deepen research on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and thoroughly comprehend the "Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Deepening Reform Comprehensively to Advance Chinese-Path Modernization," the Academy of Marxism of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Shaanxi Normal University will jointly host the 11th Forum on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the 14th Academic Forum on Adapting Marxism to the Chinese Context in Xi'an from October 18 to 20, 2024. We sincerely invite scholars and experts to write papers around the forum's theme and to attend the conference for discussion.

为贯彻落实党的二十大精神和党的二十届三中全会精神、深化习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的研究、深入领会《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的决定》，中国社会科学院马克思主义研究院与陕西师范大学于2024年10月18日至20日在西安联合主办第十一届习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想论坛暨第十四届马克思主义中国化学术论坛。诚邀广大专家学者围绕会议主题撰写论文并拨冗赴会研讨。

1. The forum does not charge a registration fee. Participants are responsible for their own round-trip transportation and accommodation costs. Paper invitation letters will be distributed at the forum venue.

1.论坛不收取会务费，与会代表往返交通费和住宿费自理。纸质邀请函论坛现场领取。

2. Papers and attendance confirmation forms (see the attachment to this call) should be sent to the email address xsxluntan@163.com before October 1, 2024.

2.征文和参会回执（见本启事附件）请于2024年10月1日前发至邮箱：xsxluntan@163.com。

3. The electronic file name for submitted papers should be "Author's Name + University + Article Title." Authors are requested to adhere to the correct political direction, academic orientation, and value orientation, and to choose their own topics for manuscripts based on the forum's theme, topics, and the above content. Papers must be original research results that have not been published. Manuscripts should be submitted in Word electronic format, with a length of 6,000–10,000 characters, and include 3–5 keywords and an abstract of no more than 300 characters. Citations should use footnotes at the bottom of the page, in Song font size 5, with renumbering on each page. Please follow the publication format of *Studies on Marxism* specifically. At the end of the text, please include the author's biography, title, position, contact phone number, email address, and other personal information.

3.来稿论文电子版文件名为“作者姓名+学校+文章标题”。请作者坚持正确的政治方向、学术导向和价值取向，围绕论坛主题、议题和上述内容自选题目撰写稿件。论文须为未公开发表的原创性科研成果，文稿请采用word电子版，篇幅在6000—10000字为宜，并附3—5个关键词和300字以内内容摘要，引文采用页下脚注，脚注为宋体小五号字，每页重新编号。具体请以《马克思主义研究》的刊发格式为准。文末请附作者简介、职称、职务、联系电话、电子邮箱等个人信息。
