Call for Papers: 2024 Annual Conference of the New-Type Collective Economy Research Branch of the Chinese Society of Political Economy and the Third Rural Revitalization Forum

The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC [1]1 The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC: A major meeting of the Communist Party of China’s top leadership, held in July 2024, which typically sets the agenda for economic and social reform. proposed developing the new-type rural collective economy, emphasizing the coordination of new-type industrialization, new-type urbanization, and comprehensive rural revitalization to promote common prosperity and development in both urban and rural areas. To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC, the New-Type Collective Economy Research Branch of the Chinese Society of Political Economy plans to convene its 2024 Annual Conference and the Third Rural Revitalization Forum on December 21, 2024. The conference is hosted by the New-Type Collective Economy Research Branch of the Chinese Society of Political Economy and organized by the Research Office of the Theory of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics and the Research Office of Marxist Political Economy at the Institute of Marxism, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, as well as the Research Office of Political Economy and the Research Office of *Das Kapital* at the Institute of Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. It is co-organized by *Marxist Studies*, *Studies on World Socialism*, *Studies in Political Economy*, *Observation and Reflection*, *Journal of the University of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences*, *World Review of Political Economy*, and the Marxist Studies Network. We now cordially invite teaching and research personnel from national research institutions, universities and colleges, Party and government departments, and other units to actively submit papers and participate. The relevant matters concerning the conference are hereby notified as follows:

党的二十届三中全会提出发展新型农村集体经济，强调统筹新型工业化、新型城镇化和乡村全面振兴，促进城乡共同繁荣发展。为深入学习贯彻党的二十届三中全会精神，中国政治经济学学会新型集体经济研究分会拟于2024年12月21日组织召开2024年年会暨第三届乡村振兴论坛。会议由中国政治经济学学会新型集体经济研究分会主办，中国社会科学院马克思主义研究院中国特色社会主义理论体系研究室、马克思主义政治经济学研究室，中国社会科学院经济研究所政治经济学研究室、《资本论》研究室承办，《马克思主义研究》《世界社会主义研究》《政治经济学研究》《观察与思考》《中国社会科学院大学学报》《世界政治经济学评论》及马克思主义研究网协办。现诚邀全国科研机构、高等院校、党政部门等单位的教学和研究人员积极投稿、参会。现将会议相关事宜通知如下：

Participation Method: The conference adopts a paper-based participation method. Experts and scholars are requested to write papers around the conference theme and topics. Submitted papers must be original, unpublished research results, conform to academic norms, be within 12,000 words, have a correct political orientation, be objective and accurate in historical facts, and possess high academic and theoretical value. The paper format should follow the submission format of *Marxist Studies*. Please attach the author’s name, work unit, position and title, telephone number, email address, and mailing address at the end of the paper. Participants should send their papers to the email address haihongpeng@sohu.com before December 15, with the email subject line: “New-Type Collective Economy Research Branch 2024 Annual Conference.”

参会方式：会议采取以文参会的方式，请各位专家学者围绕会议主题和议题撰写论文。参会论文须为原创未发表过的科研成果，符合学术规范，字数为12000字以内为宜，政治导向正确，史实客观准确，具有较高学术价值和理论价值。论文体例格式烦请参照《马克思主义研究》投稿格式，请在文末附上作者姓名、工作单位、职务职称、电话、邮箱及通讯地址等具体联络方式。与会人员请于12月15日前将论文发至邮箱haihongpeng@sohu.com，邮件主题请注明：“新型集体经济研究分会2024年年会”。
