Call for Papers: The 15th Academic Forum on Adapting Marxism to the Chinese Context

To deeply study and elucidate Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, to deeply grasp the internal logic and contemporary value of adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of the times, to deeply explore the important achievements and basic laws of the Party’s theoretical innovation in the New Era, and to enhance academic exchange among researchers engaged in adapting Marxism to the Chinese context nationwide, the 15th Academic Forum on Adapting Marxism to the Chinese Context, co-hosted by the Academy of Marxism of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Chongqing University, co-organized by the Department of Research on Adapting Marxism to the Chinese Context of the Academy of Marxism of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the School of Marxism of Chongqing University, and the School of Marxism of the University of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and co-sponsored by the Think Tank for Marxist Theoretical Innovation of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the Editorial Department of *Studies on Marxism*, the Editorial Department of *World Socialism Studies*, and the Editorial Department of *Studies on Fairness and Justice*, is scheduled to be held in Chongqing on June 14, 2025. We hereby solicit papers from academic colleagues nationwide, and welcome all to attend the forum by submitting a paper.

为深入研究阐释习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，深入把握马克思主义中国化时代化的内在逻辑和时代价值，深入探讨新时代党的理论创新的重要成果和基本规律，增进全国马克思主义中国化研究工作者的学术交流，由中国社会科学院马克思主义研究院、重庆大学联合主办，中国社会科学院马克思主义研究院马克思主义中国化研究部、重庆大学马克思主义学院、中国社会科学院大学马克思主义学院联合承办，中国社会科学院马克思主义理论创新智库、《马克思主义研究》编辑部、《世界社会主义研究》编辑部、《公平正义研究》编辑部协办的第十五届马克思主义中国化学术论坛，拟于2025年6月14日在重庆举行。现面向全国学界同仁征集论文，欢迎诸位以文赴会。

This forum adopts a paper-based participation method. Researchers, teaching staff, and graduate students from research institutions, universities, Party schools, and other units nationwide are cordially invited to submit papers.

本次论坛采取以文入会方式，诚邀全国科研机构、高校、党校等单位的研究人员、教学人员、研究生等积极投稿。

Deadline: May 15, 2025

Submission Requirements:

稿件要求：

1. The paper must have a correct stance, a clear theme, rigorous logic, and a combination of historical and theoretical analysis, reflecting academic quality and innovation, with high theoretical and practical value.

1.立场正确、主题鲜明、逻辑严谨、史论结合，体现学术性和创新性，有较高的理论和实践价值；

2. The paper must be an unpublished new work, typically 8,000–12,000 words in length, using footnotes at the bottom of the page. Please follow the formatting style of *Studies on Marxism* specifically. An abstract (approximately 300 words), keywords (3–5), author biography, and detailed contact information should be included before the main text.

2.论文为尚未发表的新作，字数一般为8000-12000字，采用页下脚注，具体请以《马克思主义研究》的刊发格式为准。正文前附内容摘要（300字左右）、关键词（3—5个），作者简介及详细联系方式。

This forum charges no registration fee. Transportation and accommodation expenses during the conference are to be borne by participants. After review by the expert evaluation committee, the organizing committee will send conference invitation letters to selected authors before May 31. The conference will select outstanding papers for recommendation for publication in *Studies on Marxism* and *World Socialism Studies*.

本次论坛不收取会务费，会议期间交通费、住宿费等自理。经专家评审委员会评选后，会务组将在5月31日前向入选作者发出会议邀请函。会议将遴选优秀论文向《马克思主义研究》《世界社会主义研究》推荐发表。
