In order to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC [1]1 The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC, held in July 2024, is a major Party meeting that typically sets the agenda for economic and social reform. and to study and research the recently published and distributed *Xi Jinping’s Selected Works on Economy* (Volume I), to promote the systematic and theoretical research and interpretation of Xi Jinping’s economic thought, and to advance theoretical innovation and practical application in the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the Chinese Association of Political Economy plans to hold its 35th Annual Academic Conference on October 25-26, 2025, at the Tsinghua Sanya Mathematics Center campus (Sanya City, Hainan Province). The conference is co-hosted by the Chinese Association of Political Economy and Tsinghua University, and organized by the Research Center for Marxist Economic and Social Development of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the School of Marxism of Tsinghua University, the Institute of Economics of the School of Social Sciences of Tsinghua University, and the Institute of Shanghai School of Political Economy of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. It is co-organized by the editorial offices of *Studies in Political Economy*, *Quarterly Journal of Political Economy*, *World Review of Political Economy*, *Contemporary Economic Research*, and *Shanghai School of Political Economy*.

为深入学习贯彻党的二十届三中全会精神和学习研究近日出版发行的《习近平经济文选》第一卷，促进习近平经济思想体系化和学理化研究阐释，推动中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论创新和实践应用，中国政治经济学学会拟于2025年10月25-26日在清华三亚数学中心校区（海南三亚市）召开第35届学术年会。会议由中国政治经济学学会与清华大学共同主办，中国社会科学院马克思主义经济社会发展研究中心、清华大学马克思主义学院、清华大学社会科学学院经济学研究所、上海财经大学海派经济学研究院承办，《政治经济学研究》《政治经济学季刊》《World Review of Political Economy （世界政治经济学评论）》《当代经济研究》《海派经济学》等期刊编辑部协办。

III. Submission Requirements:

三、投稿要求：

(1) Adhere to the correct political direction and academic orientation, with a prominent theme, rigorous argumentation, and reflection of academic quality and innovation.

（一）坚持正确政治方向和学术导向，主题突出，论证严谨，体现学术性和创新性。

(2) Standardize annotations, ensure accurate citations, use footnotes at the bottom of each page, and renumber on each page.

（二）注释规范，引文准确，注释采用页下注，每页重新编号。

(3) Papers should be in WORD document format, with main text in Song font size 5, subtitles in bold font size small 4, and 1.5 line spacing. Papers should be between 8,000 and 12,000 words, with a title page including the paper title, abstract (approximately 350 words), keywords (3-5), author biography, and detailed contact information (mailing address, phone number, and email). Please refer to the format of academic papers published in *Studies in Political Economy*.

（三）论文采用WORD文档版式，正文宋体5号字，文中小标题用黑体小4号，1.5倍行距。论文以8000至12000字为宜，文前附标题页，包括论文题目、内容摘要（350字左右）、关键词（3-5个）、作者简介及详细联系方式（通信地址、手机号和电子邮箱）。具体格式请参照《政治经济学研究》刊发的学术论文。

(4) The submission deadline is September 30, 2025. Please send submissions to the conference organizing committee email: cape1983@163.com. The email subject line and attachment file name should follow the format: province/city abbreviation - name - political economy submission, for example: Beijing - Zheng Jinghui - political economy submission. 四、其他说明

(1) This conference will establish a sub-forum for postdoctoral researchers and graduate students. Postdoctoral researchers and current master’s and doctoral students interested in Marxist political economy research are warmly encouraged to submit papers.

（一）本次会议将设立博士后和研究生分论坛。欢迎有志于马克思主义政治经济学研究的博士后研究人员和在读硕博研究生踊跃投稿。

(2) The organizing committee will send official invitations to authors of accepted papers by October 20, 2024.

（二）会务组将于2024年10月20日前向入选论文的作者正式发出参加会议的邀请函。

(3) Selected papers will be compiled into the conference proceedings and published by the Economic Science Press. Excellent papers will be recommended for publication in journals such as *Studies in Political Economy*, *Quarterly Journal of Political Economy*, *Contemporary Economic Research*, *Shanghai School of Political Economy*, and *World Review of Political Economy*.

（三）入选论文将择优编入会议论文集由经济科学出版社出版。优秀论文将推荐给《政治经济学研究》《政治经济学季刊》《当代经济研究》《海派经济学》《World Review of Political Economy》等期刊发表。
