I. Recruitment Conditions

1. Possess the nationality of the People’s Republic of China (including residents of China’s Hong Kong, Macao,

3.具有博士学位，博士毕业院校应为“双一流”建设高校或中央党校、中国社科院、中国科学院等重点科研院所（含世界综合排名或学科排名前200位的高校博士毕业）。

4. Applicants should have published at least two academic papers as sole author or first author in core journals during their doctoral studies; those without published papers must have had their doctoral dissertation rated as "excellent"; those who obtained their doctoral degree abroad are not strictly required to have published papers.

4.申请人应于博士期间以独著或作为第一作者在核心期刊发表至少2篇学术论文；无论文发表者，博士毕业论文应被评为“优秀”；在境外获得博士学位者不严格要求论文发表。

The scope of core journals refers to the *General Catalogue of Chinese Core Journals*, the *Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index*, and the *Evaluation Report of Chinese Humanities and Social Science Journals*.

5. Persons selected for the Bo Xin Program, the Hong Kong Scholars Program, the Macau Young Scholars Program, the Sino-German Postdoctoral Exchange Program, and other various national postdoctoral introduction and dispatch programs (excluding the Postdoctoral International Exchange Program Academic Exchange Project) are not eligible to apply.

5.入选博新计划、香江学者计划、澳门青年学者计划、中德博士后交流项目及其他各类国家博士后引进派出项目（博士后国际交流计划学术交流项目除外）的人员不得申报。

6. Applicants may not apply to do postdoctoral research in a mobile station in the same first-level discipline as the institution that awarded their doctoral degree; may not apply to do postdoctoral research at the research institute that awarded their doctoral degree; and may not have their doctoral supervisor continue to serve as their postdoctoral co-supervisor.

6.申请人不得申请到授予其博士学位单位同一个一级学科的流动站做博士后；不得申请到授予其博士学位的研究所做博士后；不得申请其博士导师继续担任博士后合作导师。

7. During their term in the postdoctoral station, postdoctoral researchers must be fully released from other duties and engage in full-time research; in-service postdoctoral researchers are not recruited; the term in the postdoctoral station is generally two years.

7.博士后在站期间须脱产全职从事研究工作，不招收在职博士后；博士后在站时间一般为两年。

Postdoctoral daily funding: For nationally funded postdoctoral researchers Tiers B and C, during the term in the station, wages, bonuses, living subsidies, social insurance fees, etc., are 180,000 yuan per year for Tier B and 120,000 yuan per year for Tier C, with a funding period of two years. Research funding: For the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences postdoctoral innovative research project, the supporting funding for postdoctoral research projects during the term in the station is no less than the standard for nationally funded postdoctoral researchers Tiers B and C. Postdoctoral apartments: Apartments available for rent are provided for eligible postdoctoral researchers. Postdoctoral fund projects: During their term in the station, postdoctoral researchers may apply for the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, with special funding of 150,000 yuan and general funding of 50,000 yuan.

博士后日常经费：国家资助博士后B、C档，博士后在站期间工资、奖金、生活补助、社会保险费等，B档18万元/年，C档12万元/年，资助期为两年。科研经费：中国社科院博士后创新科研项目，博士后在站期间科研项目配套经费不低于国资博士后B、C档标准。博士后公寓：为符合条件的博士后提供可供租用的公寓。博士后基金项目：在站期间博士后可申请中国博士后科学基金，特别资助15万元，面上资助5万元。

(I) Recruitment Process

（一）招收流程

1. Applicants submit application materials to the designated email address within the postdoctoral recruitment announcement period.

1.申请人在博士后招收公告期内向指定电子邮箱提交申报材料。

2. Our institute establishes an expert review panel, using interviews, defenses, and other forms to assess the applicant's overall quality, academic level, and research capability.

2.我院成立专家评审组，采用面试、答辩等形式考核申请人的综合素质、学术水平和科研能力。

3. Those who pass the review will be recommended to the National Postdoctoral Management Office for application and selection.

3.通过评审者将被推荐到全国博管会进行申报遴选。

4. The National Postdoctoral Management Office implements classified and tiered funding according to the principle of "individual application, unit recommendation, expert review, and merit-based funding."

4.全国博管会按照“个人申报、单位推荐、专家评审、择优资助”的原则实施分类分档资助。

5. Within three months of being selected for the "Nationally Funded Postdoctoral" program, prospective station entrants complete the procedures for entering the station.

5.拟进站人员获选“国家资助博士后”计划3个月内，办理进站手续。

2. Scanned copies of the doctoral graduate certificate and doctoral degree certificate, or the doctoral dissertation defense resolution and the certificate from the degree office.

3. Two (pieces/volumes) of already publicly published academic representative works (electronic versions).

4. Scanned copies of the identity card and household registration booklet (card).

4.身份证、户口本（卡）扫描件。

Applicants should send the electronic versions of the above application materials in a compressed package to the email address: myybsh@cass.org.cn before 20 April 2025, and indicate in the email subject line: "National Postdoctoral Application (Name)". After our unit's review of all applicants' materials is completed, the office of our station will be responsible for uniformly destroying and deleting them.

1. From the date of announcement publication until 22 April, applicants submit materials.
