Feng Ming actively responds to the Party’s call, closely integrating his personal academic pursuits with national strategy. Relying on his solid professional foundation, he has published over 30 academic papers and theoretical articles in top-tier authoritative journals and mainstream media, and has led numerous national, provincial, and ministerial-level research projects. He has repeatedly won the Special Prize and First Prize in the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences’ Outstanding Countermeasure Information Research category. At the same time, he actively engages in international academic exchanges, serving as an external advisor to the New Development Bank of the BRICS countries, and has repeatedly participated in international academic conferences to report research findings, showcasing the demeanor of young Chinese scholars on the international stage.

冯明积极响应党的号召，将个人学术追求与国家战略紧密结合。他凭借扎实的专业功底，在顶级权威期刊及主流媒体发表学术论文和理论文章30余篇，主持多项国家和省部级课题。多次获中国社会科学院优秀对策信息研究类特等奖、一等奖。同时，他积极投身国际学术交流，担任金砖国家新开发银行外部顾问，多次参加国际学术会议报告研究成果，在国际舞台展现中国青年学者的风采。

Recently, the Central and State Organs Working Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Central and State Organs Youth Federation decided to confer the Central and State Organs Youth May Fourth Medal on 199 comrades and the Central and State Organs Youth May Fourth Medal Collective on 120 collectives. Among them, Qu Shenning from the Institute of Industrial Economics of our Academy and Fu Wei from the Institute of Sociology received the Central and State Organs Youth May Fourth Medal; the Xia-Shang-Zhou Archaeology Research Office from the Institute of Archaeology received the Central and State Organs Youth May Fourth Medal Collective.

Qu Shenning always keeps in mind that academic research and theoretical innovation are the fundamental duties of scientific research personnel in building the cause of propaganda, ideology, and culture in the New Era. He actively undertakes a series of major scientific research projects and has published over 70 high-level academic papers. At the same time, closely aligning with the orientation of think tank work, he deeply explores and studies major economic realities of concern to the Party and the state, actively offering advice and suggestions to central decision-making departments in fields such as emerging industries and future industries. He has a firm political faith, cultivates an international perspective, and deepens the external propaganda of Chinese manufacturing in conjunction with his own work, telling the story of Chinese manufacturing guided by the Chinese Dream. [1]1 The Chinese Dream refers to the goal of national rejuvenation articulated by Xi Jinping. Relevant research results have repeatedly received affirmative instructions, and he has won over 10 provincial and ministerial-level awards as well as several important professional awards, and has been conferred multiple national-level and academy-level talent titles.

Fu Wei adheres to the academic principle of seeking truth from facts [2]2 Seeking truth from facts is a core principle of the CPC’s ideological line, emphasizing practice as the sole criterion for truth. and the academic sentiment of the great affairs of the state, [3]3 “Great affairs of the state” (国之大者) is a phrase used by Xi Jinping to refer to matters of fundamental importance to the nation. striving to take root at the grassroots level and to promote the deep integration of scientific research and practice. During his temporary assignment in Haining City, Zhejiang Province, he entered the daily lives of the masses comprehensively through the method of “eating and living together,” actively participating in various affairs of grassroots village governance. After the temporary assignment ended, he still participated in policy research in that area for a long time, and relevant research results received affirmation from relevant departments in Zhejiang Province and elsewhere. Every summer, he leads students from the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences to provide services such as youth psychological counseling, extracurricular tutoring, and village research in Haining. In the fiery practice at the grassroots level, he hones excellent skills and fulfills his original aspiration and founding mission. [4]4 Original aspiration and founding mission refers to the Party’s stated goal of serving the people and rejuvenating the nation. Combining his reflections from grassroots temporary assignments and service, he has published multiple theoretical articles in important publications such as *Social Sciences in China*, *Sociological Studies*, and *Guangming Daily*. He has participated in major assigned tasks multiple times, and submitted internal reports that have repeatedly received affirmative instructions.

付伟坚持从实求知的学术理念，坚持国之大者的学术情怀，努力扎根基层，努力推动科研与实践深度融合。在浙江海宁市挂职锻炼期间，通过“同吃同住”的方式全方位地进入群众日常生活，积极参与村庄基层治理的各项事务。挂职结束以后，依然长期参与该地的政策研究，相关研究成果获得了浙江省等相关部门的肯定。每年暑假带领社科大学生为海宁提供青少年心理咨询、课外辅导、村庄调研等服务。在基层火热实践中练就过硬本领、践行初心使命。结合自己在基层挂职和服务的思考，在《中国社会科学》《社会学研究》《光明日报》等重要刊物发表多篇理论文章。多次参与重大交办任务，提交内部报告多次获肯定性批示。

夏商周考古研究室重视党组织建设，以党的理论武装头脑、指导工作；认真落实习近平总书记对文物考古事业的指示批示精神，坚守从事考古事业的初心，集体成员特别是青年干部长期扎根田野，青灯黄卷，奉献基层，以考古学研究助力地方文化遗产保护；具有深厚的爱国情怀，坚定的学术志向、顽强的学术作风，聚焦国家和人民关心的重大学术问题，攻坚克难，取得重大成果；重视对青年干部学者的培养，集体内传帮带氛围浓厚。
