Pre-registration Notice for the School of Marxism, University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, 2026 Intake of Outstanding Current Undergraduate Graduates Exempted from the Entrance Examination for Postgraduate Studies

In accordance with the relevant requirements for the 2026 postgraduate enrolment of the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the School of Marxism, in light of its actual work, plans to admit 16 outstanding current undergraduate graduates exempted from the entrance examination for master’s degree studies and 2 outstanding current undergraduate graduates exempted from the entrance examination for doctoral degree studies (see Appendices 1 and 2 for the detailed list of specialties and programmes accepting such exempted students). The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

根据中国社会科学院大学2026年研究生招生相关要求，马克思主义学院结合工作实际，拟接收优秀应届本科毕业生免试攻读硕士学位研究生16人、拟接收优秀应届本科毕业生免试攻读博士学位研究生2人（接收推免生专业目录等详见附件1、附件2）。现将有关事项通知如下：

I. Application Requirements

一、申请条件

(i) Applicants for exemption from the master’s entrance examination

（一）申请推免硕士生

1. They must be citizens of the People’s Republic of China.

1.中华人民共和国公民。

2. They must love the motherland, uphold the leadership of the Communist Party of China, uphold the socialist system, and be willing to serve socialist modernization; they must be of good moral character and abide by the law.

2.热爱祖国，拥护中国共产党的领导，拥护社会主义制度，愿为社会主义现代化建设服务；品德良好，遵纪守法。

3. They must be outstanding current undergraduate graduates who have obtained the qualification for exemption from the entrance examination from their undergraduate institution; this qualification is valid only after being verified by the provincial-level admissions office in the region where the undergraduate institution is located.

3.须是获得本科所在高校给予推荐免试资格的优秀应届本科毕业生，推荐免试资格经本科学校所在地区省级招办审核通过后方有效。

4. Their physical health condition must meet the physical examination requirements stipulated by the state and by our university.

4.身体健康状况符合国家和我校规定的体检要求。

5. They must possess a certain capacity for independent investigation and research, comprehensive analysis of problems, and problem-solving.

5.具有一定的独立调查研究、综合分析问题、解决问题的能力。

(ii) Applicants for exemption from the master’s entrance examination for direct doctoral studies

（二）申请推免直博生

Direct doctoral students refer to postgraduate students selected from among outstanding current undergraduate graduates who possess the qualification for exemption from the entrance examination (referred to as exempted students) to directly pursue doctoral studies. The minimum duration of study for direct doctoral students is five years.

直博生是指从优秀的具备推荐免试研究生资格的应届本科毕业生（简称推免生）中选拔出来直接攻读博士学位的研究生。直博生学习年限不低于五年。

In addition to meeting all the conditions set out in (i) above, they must also meet the following conditions:

除须满足上述（一）中各项条件外，还应达到如下条件：

1. Applicants must have excellent academic performance, with their academic grades ranking among the top of their specialty or year group, generally within the top 20%;

1.申请者须学习成绩优秀，学业成绩名列本专业或年段前茅，一般应在前20%以内；

2. Applicants must have a relatively high level of foreign language proficiency; see Appendix 6 for specific requirements.

2.申请者具有较高的外语水平，具体要求详见附件6。

3. They must possess a relatively strong capacity for independent investigation and research, comprehensive analysis of problems, and problem-solving.

3.具有较强的独立调查研究、综合分析问题、解决问题的能力。

II. Application Procedure

(i) Requirements for Submission of Materials

（一）材料提交要求

Applicants are requested to scan materials 1–7 in order according to the list of application materials, combine them into a single PDF document, and name it “Name – Specialty Applied for 1 – Exempted Master’s Student/Direct Doctoral Student”; accurately complete Material 8 (Pre-registration Statistics Form) and save it as a separate document, keeping its format and name unchanged.

请申请人按照申请材料清单的要求，将材料1-7按序进行扫描并整合成一个PDF格式的文档，以“姓名-报考专业1-推免硕士生/直博生”命名；准确填写材料8（预报名统计表）并单独存为一个文档，格式与名称不变。

Before 14:00 on 18 September 2025, applicants should attach the above two application material documents to a single email and send it to the email address mxy-ucass@cass.org.cn.

2025年9月18日14:00之前，请考生将上述两个报名材料文档附于同一电子邮件中，发送至邮箱mxy-ucass@cass.org.cn。

(ii) List of Application Materials

1. The “Application Form for the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences 2026 Intake of Students Exempted from the Entrance Examination for Master’s (Doctoral) Degree Studies” (see Appendix 3);

1.《中国社会科学院大学2026年接收推荐免试攻读硕士（博士）学位研究生申请表》（详见附件3）；

2. A valid identity card (including both front and back) and a student card registered for each semester (including pages with specific information);

2.有效期内的身份证（含正反面）、每学期均注册的学生证（含具体信息页）；

3. Transcripts of undergraduate studies and a certificate of ranking (must be stamped with the official seal of the academic affairs department of the recommending institution of higher education);

3.本科阶段学习成绩单和排名证明（须加盖推荐高校教务管理部门公章）；

4. Score reports for the national College English Test Band 4 and Band 6, or other materials certifying foreign language proficiency;

4.国家英语四六级考试成绩单，或其他外语水平证明材料；

5. Representative academic papers, publications, or original work achievements that can reflect the applicant’s academic level and research ability, as well as academic research results (published papers, published monographs, or undertaken projects, etc.) and award certificates;

5.能够体现自身学术水平、科研能力的代表性学术论文、出版物或原创性工作成果等材料，学术科研成果（发表的论文、出版的专著或承担的课题等）和获奖证书；

6. Applicants for direct doctoral studies must provide two letters of recommendation separately issued by professors or experts with equivalent titles within the first-level academic discipline to which the applied specialty belongs (see Appendix 4);

6.申请直博生须提供两名报考专业所在一级学科领域内教授或相当职称专家分别出具的推荐信（详见附件4）；

7. A personal resume and other self-statement and self-evaluation materials;

7.个人简历等自我陈述、自我评价材料；

8. The Pre-registration Statistics Form of the School of Marxism (see Appendix 5).

Note: Applicants must retain the original copies of the materials listed above for future verification.

注：上述清单所列材料请考生务必保留原件备查。

III. Arrangements for Re-examination

三、复试安排

1. Our School will conduct a preliminary review and evaluation of the materials submitted by applicants in accordance with the requirements, and select applicants for re-examination on the basis of merit. The list of re-examination candidates is scheduled to be published on 18 September on the website of the School of Marxism, University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.

1.我院将按要求对考生提交的材料进行初审和评议并择优确定进入复试考生。复试名单拟于9月18日通过中国社会科学院大学马克思主义学院网站公布。

2. Specific arrangements for the re-examination will be notified separately.

IV. Other Matters

The above constitutes the registration notice for our School’s acceptance of exempted students. If the Ministry of Education or the university issues new regulations or requirements regarding enrolment work, the School will make corresponding adjustments to the enrolment plan and implementation methods.

以上为本学院接收推免生报名通知，如教育部或学校对招生工作有新的规定或要求，学院将对招生计划和实施办法等作出相应调整。
