Announcement on the Recruitment of Off-Staff Personnel at the Academy of Marxism

The Academy of Marxism of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences is a national-level Marxist research institution. It comprises five research departments: the Research Department on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the Research Department on Marxist Principles, the Research Department on Adapting Marxism to the Chinese Context, the Research Department on the International Communist Movement, and the Research Department on Foreign Marxist Studies, encompassing a total of 19 research offices. It publishes seven periodicals, including *Studies on Marxism*, and operates websites such as the Marxism Research Network. In accordance with work requirements, it now plans to recruit two off-staff personnel. The specific details are announced as follows:

中国社会科学院马克思主义研究院是国家级马克思主义研究机构。下设习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想研究部、马克思主义原理研究部、马克思主义中国化研究部、国际共产主义运动研究部、国外马克思主义研究部等5个研究部，共19个研究室。主办有《马克思主义研究》等7个刊物以及马克思主义研究网等网站。现根据工作需要，拟招聘编制外聘用人员2名。具体情况公告如下：

I. Basic Recruitment Conditions

一、招聘基本条件

1. Possess the nationality of the People’s Republic of China;

II. Position and Requirements

1. New Media Editor Position: Responsible for the daily editing of the Academy of Marxism website and new media platforms, as well as image processing and video production.

2. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or above; fresh graduates should, in principle, obtain their degree by July 31, 2026.

III. Recruitment Procedure

三、招聘程序

1. Online Application. Please download and fill in the “Academy of Marxism Applicant Registration Form” (see attachment), and send it via email to mayanwang@cass.org.cn. The electronic file name of the registration form and the email subject should be uniformly named as “Application: Name + Position Applied For.”

1.网上报名。请下载填写《马克思主义研究院应聘人员报名登记表》(见附件），将报名登记表通过电子邮件形式发送至mayanwang@cass.org.cn。报名登记表电子版文件名和邮件标题统一命名为“应聘报名：姓名+应聘岗位”。

2. Qualification Review. A review of applicants’ qualifications will be conducted according to the recruitment conditions and requirements. Those who do not pass the qualification review will not be notified.

2.资格审查。按照招聘条件和要求，对报名应聘人员进行资格审查，未通过资格审查的人员不再通知。

3. Examination. A written test and interview will be conducted for those who pass the review. The specific time and location will be notified separately.

3.考试。对通过审查的人员进行笔试、面试，具体时间地点另行通知。

4. Job Trial. Applicants will be arranged for a one-month job trial to further confirm their suitability for the position’s work requirements.

4.适岗考察。安排应聘人员进行1个月的适岗考察，进一步确认其是否适应岗位工作要求。

5. Medical Examination. Applicants will be arranged for a medical examination at a designated hospital.

5.体检。安排应聘人员到指定医院体检。

6. Political Investigation. Those who pass the medical examination will undergo a psychological assessment, re-verification of application qualifications, and a political investigation.

6.政治考察。体检合格的，进行心理测评、应聘资格复审和政治考察。

7. Decision on Proposed Candidates. Based on a comprehensive assessment of the examination, internship, medical examination, psychological assessment, and political investigation, the Party Committee of the Academy of Marxism will collectively study and determine the proposed candidates.

7.研究决定拟聘人选。综合考试、实习、体检和心理测评、政治考察等情况，马研院党委集体研究确定拟聘人选。

8. Public Announcement. The proposed candidates will be publicly announced for a period of five working days.

8.公示。对拟聘人选情况进行公示，公示期为5个工作日。

9. Employment Procedures. The Academy of Marxism will sign an employment contract with the proposed candidates and complete the onboarding procedures.

9.办理聘用手续。马克思主义研究院与拟聘人员签订聘用合同，办理入职报到手续。
