Call for Papers for the 13th CASS Forum on Scientific Socialism and the International Communist Movement

In order to deeply study, publicize, research, and elucidate Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, thoroughly implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC, deeply explore the latest developments in 21st-century scientific socialism and the international communist movement, and enhance academic exchange, the 13th CASS Forum on Scientific Socialism and the International Communist Movement is co-hosted by the Academy of Marxism of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Guangxi Normal University, and co-organized by the Research Department of the International Communist Movement of the Academy of Marxism of CASS, the School of Marxism of Guangxi Normal University, and the School of Marxism of the University of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. It is scheduled to be held on June 13, 2026, in Guilin City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. We now solicit papers from academic colleagues nationwide, and everyone is welcome to attend the forum by submitting a paper.

为深入学习宣传研究阐释习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，深入贯彻党的二十届四中全会精神，深入探讨21世纪科学社会主义与国际共产主义运动的最新发展，增进学术交流，由中国社会科学院马克思主义研究院、广西师范大学联合主办，中国社会科学院马克思主义研究院国际共产主义运动研究部、广西师范大学马克思主义学院、中国社会科学院大学马克思主义学院联合承办的第十三届中国社会科学院科学社会主义与国际共产主义运动论坛，拟于2026年6月13日在广西壮族自治区桂林市举行。现面向全国学界同仁征集论文，欢迎大家以文赴会。

This forum adopts a paper-based attendance method, and we sincerely invite national experts and scholars to actively submit papers.

本次论坛采取以文入会方式，诚邀全国专家学者积极投稿。

Submission Requirements:

稿件要求：

1. Correct stance, clear theme, rigorous logic, integration of historical facts and theory, reflecting academic quality and innovation, with high theoretical and practical value;

1.立场正确、主题鲜明、逻辑严谨、史论结合，体现学术性和创新性，具有较高的理论和实践价值；

2. The paper must be an unpublished new work, with a word count of 8,000 to 15,000 characters, using footnotes at the bottom of the page. Please follow the publication format of *Studies on Marxism* specifically. Include an abstract (around 300 characters), keywords (3–5), author biography, and detailed contact information before the main text.

2.论文为尚未发表的新作，字数为8000—15000字，采用页下脚注，具体请以《马克思主义研究》的刊发格式为准。正文前附内容摘要（300字左右）、关键词（3—5个），作者简介及详细联系方式。

This forum charges no registration fee; transportation and accommodation expenses during the forum are to be borne by participants. After selection by the expert review committee, the organizing committee will send meeting invitation letters to selected authors by May 31.

本次论坛不收取会务费，会议期间交通费、住宿费等自理。经专家评审委员会评选后，会务组将在5月31日前向入选作者发出会议邀请函。
