Call for Papers: “Academic Symposium on the Dissemination of Marxist Theory and the Building of Positions in the All-Media Era”

In order to thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on building a cyber power and his important discourses on media integration, ideological work, and the work of philosophy and social sciences; to further consolidate the guiding position of Marxism in the ideological domain; to raise the level of adapting the dissemination of Marxist theory to the needs of the times, popularizing it, and internationalizing it; to effectively strengthen the building of theoretical dissemination positions and content innovation; to enhance the dissemination power, guiding power, influence, and credibility of Marxist theory; and to promote the innovation and development of the dissemination of Marxist theory against the backdrop of digitalization and intellectualization, the Academy of Marxism of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences plans to convene the “Academic Symposium on the Dissemination of Marxist Theory and the Building of Positions in the All-Media Era” in Beijing on June 27, 2026. We are now issuing an open call for papers to theoretical workers, researchers, and media professionals.

为深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于网络强国的重要思想和关于媒体融合发展、意识形态工作、哲学社会科学工作的重要论述，进一步巩固马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位，提升马克思主义理论传播的时代化、大众化、国际化水平，切实加强理论传播阵地建设与内容创新，增强马克思主义理论的传播力、引导力、影响力和公信力，推动马克思主义理论传播在数字化、智能化背景下的创新与发展，中国社会科学院马克思主义研究院拟于2026年6月27日在北京召开“全媒体时代马克思主义理论传播与阵地建设”学术研讨会。现面向广大理论工作者、科研人员及媒体界人士公开征文。

V. Submission Requirements

五、稿件要求

1. Works must be the author’s own unpublished original academic results.

1.作品须确为作者本人的未公开发表的原创性学术成果。

2. Articles must be politically correct in orientation, with a clear theme, clear logic, explicit viewpoints, embodying academic quality and innovation, possessing a certain theoretical depth, be easy to understand, use online language, be easy to disseminate, and comply with academic norms.

2.文章须政治导向正确、主题鲜明、逻辑清晰、观点明确、体现学术性和创新性，具有一定的理论深度，通俗易懂、网言网语、易于传播，遵守学术规范。

3. Articles should generally be 3,000–4,000 characters in length.

3.文章字数一般为3000-4000字。

4. Attach a CNKI plagiarism check report with a similarity rate no higher than 10%, and an AI plagiarism check report with a rate of 0.

4.附件上传知网查重率不高于10%，AI查重率为0的检查报告。

5. Submissions must indicate the author’s name, unit, professional title, as well as postal code, mailing address, telephone number, and other contact information. Where possible, a personal academic CV may be attached.

5.来信须注明作者姓名、单位、职称以及邮政编码、通讯地址、电话号码等联系方式。有条件者，可附个人学术简历。

6. The electronic version of the submitted paper should be sent as a Word document (file name: name + unit + article title) to the contact person’s email address.
