On the new journey to accelerate the building of a strong educational nation, universities bear a formidable and significant mission of educating people. They must adhere to correct educational standards and uphold the correct educational orientation. Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is the cultural chapter of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the latest achievement of Marxist cultural theory in contemporary China, and the fundamental guideline for university education work. Currently, for the vast majority of universities, to deeply study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Culture, it is necessary to solidly advance the integration of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture into textbooks, into classrooms, and into students’ minds, to strive to integrate Xi Jinping Thought on Culture into the university education system, and to effectively enhance the quality and level of university education work guided by this scientific theoretical thought.

教育兴则国家兴，教育强则国家强。新征程上加快建设教育强国，高校承担着艰巨而重大的育人使命，必须坚持正确育人标准，坚守正确育人导向。习近平文化思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的文化篇，是马克思主义文化理论在当代中国发展的最新成果，也是指导高校育人工作的根本遵循。当前，对于广大高校而言，深入学习贯彻习近平文化思想，就要扎实推进习近平文化思想进教材、进课堂、进头脑，努力将习近平文化思想融入高校育人体系，切实提升以这一科学思想理论指导高校育人工作的质量和水平。

Therefore, studying Xi Jinping Thought on Culture requires grasping its comprehensiveness, systematicity, and scientific nature. To grasp the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture for university education work as a whole and to integrate it into university education work, attention should be paid to the following three perspectives.

Whether in the dimension of history or the necessity of reality, Xi Jinping Thought on Culture has important guiding significance in this regard.

It should be pointed out that practical education is a vast and complex system, encompassing all aspects of practical education design and activity implementation, as well as every link in the practical process. It needs to be grasped and expanded from a systemic perspective.

From the current management structure of universities, the management system, with organizational management, network management, cultural management, psychological management, scientific research management, and financial aid management as its main contents, is an important component of university management education and a basic support for universities to exercise their management functions. To a certain extent, whether a university's management work is good, whether the management system is sound, and how effective the management is, are all closely related to the university's educational outcomes. Therefore, integrating Xi Jinping Thought on Culture into the university's management education system requires fully leveraging the role of culture in conveying truth and transforming people, establishing and improving mechanisms and systems that serve and educate people through management, fully mobilizing management resources from all sides, earnestly plugging management loopholes, and enhancing the ability and level of management education.

融入高校管理育人体系。高校是通过教育和管理实施育人的单位。管理活动不仅为育人实践提供支撑、服务和保障，同时也影响育人的效果、水平和质量。从目前高校管理结构看，以组织管理、网络管理、文化管理、心理管理、科研管理、资助管理为主要内容的管理体系，是高校管理育人的重要组成，也是高校发挥管理职能的基本依托。在一定程度上，高校管理工作好不好，管理体系健全与否、管理效能如何，都与高校育人效果息息相关。由此，将习近平文化思想融入高校管理育人体系，就需要充分发挥文以载道、文以化人的作用，建立健全以管理服务人、以管理教育人的机制和体系，充分调动各方面的管理资源，认真堵补管理漏洞，提升管理育人的能力和水平。
