积极拓展网络空间国际交流合作。习近平总书记强调：“各国应该加强沟通、扩大共识、深化合作，共同构建网络空间命运共同体。”新时代以来，我国积极参与全球互联网发展治理进程，构建网络空间命运共同体理念赢得广泛国际认同，形成更多生动实践，同时也要看到，互联网领域发展不平衡、规则不健全、秩序不合理等问题凸显。要深入宣介阐释构建网络空间命运共同体理念，持续推出更多相关国际公共产品，深度参与网络空间全球治理和国际规则制定，积极参与人工智能、数据等领域治理进程，高水平建设世界互联网大会国际组织，深化网络空间务实合作，让互联网发展成果更好造福世界各国人民。
