Adapt to the new situation of mass work in the information age, rely on online message platforms and new government media to build regular channels for collecting public opinion, improve the working mechanism of "collecting demands, classifying and handling them, handling them within a time limit, and providing feedback and follow-up visits," and take doing practical things for the people and resolving contradictions at the grassroots as an important yardstick for measuring the effectiveness of performing duties. Shoulder responsibility for the people on the front line of major development tasks and risk response, guide Party members and cadres to take the initiative to devote themselves to comprehensive rural revitalization, common prosperity, emergency disaster relief, and so on, and resolve deep-seated contradictions in reform and development. 走好新时代党的群众路线，在惠民实干中检验、巩固初心使命。践行初心使命不能停留于理论认知层面，而必须以群众工作实效来淬炼和检验。弘扬“四下基层”优良作风，推动各级党员干部转变工作作风、下移工作重心，常态化开展蹲点调研、入户走访，主动深入乡村振兴一线、产业发展前沿直面群众诉求，精准捕捉群众急难愁盼问题。顺应信息化时代群众工作新形势，依托网络留言平台、政务新媒体搭建常态化民意收集渠道，健全“诉求收集、分类处置、限时办理、反馈回访”的工作机制，把为民办实事、化解基层矛盾作为衡量履职成效的重要标尺。在重大发展任务、风险处置一线为民担当，引导党员干部主动投身乡村全面振兴、共同富裕、应急救灾等，破解改革发展中的深层次矛盾。靶向纠治形式主义、官僚主义等脱离群众的突出问题，持续推进基层减负，让党员干部腾出更多精力直面群众、解决实际难题，以可感知、可评判的惠民实绩凝聚民心、汇聚民力。

It is necessary to run the original aspiration and founding mission through the whole process of intra-Party political life, cadre management, supervision and discipline enforcement, and assessment and evaluation, improve the systems of democratic life meetings, organizational life meetings, and heart-to-heart talks, make good use of the sharp weapon of criticism and self-criticism, regularly investigate prominent problems such as impurity in thought, politics, organization, and work style, and form a regular process of self-examination and rectification. Coordinate and connect the supporting systems of cadre assessment, fault tolerance and error correction, and the ability to move up and down, establish a correct orientation for political performance, and cultivate a political soil of practical work. 健全严管严治长效机制，持续锤炼党员干部忠诚干净担当的政治品格。加强制度建设，是确保党员干部坚守初心、勇担使命的有力保障。党的十九届四中全会聚焦坚持和完善党的领导制度体系，明确提出“建立不忘初心、牢记使命的制度”，这是加强党的制度建设、提高新时代党的建设质量的重要部署。要将不忘初心、牢记使命贯穿党内政治生活、干部管理、监督执纪、考核评价全过程，完善民主生活会、组织生活会、谈心谈话制度，用好批评和自我批评的锐利武器，定期排查思想、政治、组织、作风不纯等突出问题，形成常态化自我检视整改流程。统筹衔接干部考核、容错纠错、能上能下配套制度，树立正确政绩导向，厚植真抓实干的政治土壤。健全一体推进不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐的体制机制，强化管党治党主体责任和监督责任，增强制度执行刚性约束。推动坚守初心、担当使命从阶段性教育任务转变为全体党员自觉遵循的行为规范，锤炼党员干部忠诚干净担当的政治品格，确保党始终不变质、不变色、不变味。
