Call for Papers for the 31st Annual Conference of the Chinese Society for the Study of Foreign Economic Theories

2023 is the first year for comprehensively implementing the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of the CPC, and a crucial year linking the preceding and following phases of implementing the 14th Five-Year Plan. In order to uphold and develop Marxist economics both in China and abroad, to conduct in-depth research on foreign economic theories in close connection with the economic development of China and the world, to advance the study, dissemination, and research of the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of the CPC, and to further sound the clarion call of the times for forging ahead on the new journey, the Chinese Society for the Study of Foreign Economic Theories and Nanjing Normal University will jointly host the 31st Annual Academic Conference of the Chinese Society for the Study of Foreign Economic Theories. The conference will be organized by the Research Center for Marxist Economic and Social Development of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the Department of Marxist Principles Research of the Academy of Marxism of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and the School of Business of Nanjing Normal University, and is scheduled to be held in Nanjing on April 8-9, 2023.

2023年是全面贯彻落实党的二十大精神的开局之年，是实施“十四五”规划承上启下的关键之年。为坚持和发展中外马克思主义经济学，密切联系中国和世界经济发展来深入研究外国经济学说，推进二十大精神的学习、宣传与研究，进一步吹响奋进新征程的时代号角，中华外国经济学说研究会与南京师范大学将联合主办中华外国经济学说研究会第31届学术年会。会议由中国社会科学院马克思主义经济社会发展研究中心、中国社会科学院马克思主义研究院马克思主义原理研究部、南京师范大学商学院承办，定于2023年4月8-9日在南京市举行。

二、审稿推荐

We hereby solicit papers from scholars nationwide on the above topics. Papers are required to be guided by Marxist economics, focus on the study of foreign economic theories, be written in a standardized manner, and demonstrate academic innovation. After review, we will send invitations to authors of selected papers. The selected papers will be compiled into a proceedings volume and published by China Economic Publishing House. The conference will recommend outstanding papers to journals such as *Marxist Studies*, *Economic Perspectives*, *Research on Political Economy*, *Contemporary Economic Research*, and *Shanghai School of Economics* (Quarterly).

现就以上议题向全国同行征文。论文要求以马克思主义经济学为指导，重点研究外国经济学说，写作规范，有学术创新。评审后，我们向入选论文作者发出邀请函。入选论文选编成论文集，由中国经济出版社出版。大会将择优推荐给《马克思主义研究》《经济学动态》《政治经济学研究》《当代经济研究》《海派经济学》（季刊）等刊物。

In addition to the main text, submissions must include an abstract of approximately 500-800 characters. Please provide the author’s biography, contact phone number, mailing address, postal code, and email address in a footnote on the first page, and send the submission to the conference email address.
