作者简介

Xin Xiangyang, Vice President of the Academy of Marxism of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Deputy Director of the Research Center for the Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, Executive Deputy Director of the Research Center for Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, Deputy Director of the World Socialism Research Center, second-level researcher and doctoral supervisor. Since 2012, he has enjoyed a special government allowance from the State Council. In 2015, he was selected as a “Four Batches” talent [1]1 The “Four Batches” talent program is a Chinese Communist Party initiative to cultivate leading figures in propaganda, culture, and related fields. in the propaganda and cultural system of the Central Propaganda Department. In 2016, he was selected as a leading talent in the “Ten Thousand Talents Plan” [2]2 The “Ten Thousand Talents Plan” is a Chinese national talent program aimed at supporting leading scientific and technological innovators, young top-notch talents, and high-level innovative teams. of the Central Organization Department and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. He is a judge for the National Social Science Fund projects and the National Publication Fund projects. He is a specially appointed researcher of the China Ideological and Political Work Research Association, a specially invited researcher of the National Party Building Research Association, etc. He has published 21 monographs, edited or co-edited over 50 works, published more than 500 articles in newspapers and journals such as *People’s Daily*, *Guangming Daily*, *Marxist Studies*, and *Studies on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics*, presided over or participated in more than 50 national and provincial-level projects, and has won 15 national and provincial-level awards.
