创新方法，提升效能。教学方法是高校思想政治理论课教学活动中的重要因素，是实现教与学相统一的桥梁和纽带，是实现教材体系向教学体系有效转化的关键环节。如何从问题出发，授业解惑，因材施教，这是当前思政课教学方法改革的重大课题。思政课教师给予学生的不应该只是一些抽象的概念，而应该是观察认识当代世界、当代中国的立场、观点、方法。守正创新推动思政课内涵式发展，既要推动思维方法革新，也要推动教学方法革新。在思维方法上，要学会辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义，善于运用创新思维、辩证思维，善于运用矛盾分析方法抓住关键、找准重点、阐明规律，创新课堂教学，给学生深刻的学习体验。在教学方法上，要将现代信息技术融入思政课教学之中，积极采用案例式教学、探究式教学、体验式教学、互动式教学、专题式教学、分众式教学等。

Lay a solid foundation, build a strong team. General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that efforts should be made to build a team of ideological and political course teachers who are politically strong, have deep feelings, have innovative thinking, have a broad vision, are strict with self-discipline, and have upright character. The key to running ideological and political theory courses well lies in the teachers. Building a high-quality teaching team with excellent political quality, superb professional ability, and high-level educational skills is a fundamental task for university construction. Upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground to promote the connotative development of ideological and political courses requires comprehensively improving the ability, literacy, and professional ethics of the ideological and political course teaching team. Higher education institutions should, from the height of cultivating builders and successors of socialism, consider the quality requirements, personnel composition, and training system of the university teaching staff, build platforms for teachers to improve their teaching skills and expand their career development channels, guide and help teachers to learn and master scientific knowledge, improve their inner quality, and continuously enhance their professional ability and the quality of education and teaching. In the construction of teacher ethics and conduct, it is necessary to adhere to the unity of teaching and educating, the unity of verbal instruction and personal example, the unity of dedicatedly pursuing knowledge and paying attention to society, and the unity of academic freedom and academic norms, guiding the vast number of teachers to establish themselves with virtue, learn with virtue, and teach with virtue.

筑基垒台，建强队伍。习近平总书记指出，要着力建设一支政治强、情怀深、思维新、视野广、自律严、人格正的思政课教师队伍。办好思想政治理论课关键在教师，建设政治素质过硬、业务能力精湛、育人水平高超的高素质教师队伍是大学建设的基础性工作。守正创新推动思政课内涵式发展，要全方位提高思政课教师队伍建的能力素养与师德师风。高校要从培养社会主义建设者和接班人的高度，考虑大学师资队伍的素质要求、人员构成、培训体系等，为教师提升教学技能、拓展职业发展渠道打造平台，引导和帮助教师学习掌握科学知识，提高内在素质，不断提升业务能力和教育教学质量。在师德师风建设上，要坚持教书和育人相统一，坚持言传和身教相统一，坚持潜心问道和关注社会相统一，坚持学术自由和学术规范相统一，引导广大教师以德立身、以德立学、以德施教。
