The emergence of generative artificial intelligence represented by ChatGPT signals that the era of large models in the general artificial intelligence wave has arrived, meaning that an intelligent production tool capable of gradually "liberating the brain" has been born. In recent years, the Ministry of Education has implemented the education digitalization strategic action, conducting intelligent exploration and practice in the empowerment of artificial intelligence. The university ideological and political education large model is an innovative application of generative artificial intelligence in the field of ideological and political education, empowering the content production, resource development, interaction mode, and service management of ideological and political education in all aspects. It not only transforms the traditional paradigm of ideological and political education scenarios but also stimulates the leap of ideological and political education from networking to intelligence. The integration of artificial intelligence and ideological and political education has become an inevitable trend, becoming an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of ideological and political education.

以ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能的出现标志着通用人工智能浪潮的大模型时代已经到来，意味着一种可以逐步“解放大脑”的智能型生产工具已经诞生。近年来，教育部实施教育数字化战略行动，在人工智能赋能方面进行了智能化探索与实践。高校思政大模型是生成式人工智能在思想政治教育领域的创新应用，为思想政治教育内容生产、资源开发、交互模式以及服务管理全方位赋能，不仅转换了传统的思想政治教育场景范式，也激发了思想政治教育由网络化向智能化的跃迁。人工智能与思想政治教育的融合已然是大势所趋，成为思想政治教育高质量发展的必然要求。
