Practical Exploration of an All-Round Online Education System

At present, digital technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence are exerting an all-encompassing, multi-domain influence on human society. Digital technology has become the core technology for building a strong educational nation, and digital transformation is increasingly becoming a strategic focus of attention in the education sector. General Secretary Xi Jinping has emphasized the need to enhance the capacity for online education and to solidly carry out school ideological and political work and ideological work in the internet era. This important strategic deployment provides strong guidance for higher education institutions to advance educational digitalization, consolidate and expand mainstream public opinion, and innovatively conduct online ideological and political education under the new circumstances. School ideological and political work and ideological work have entered a new strategic window of opportunity. Young people are the main group in internet communities. We must fully value and explore the contemporary value and application scenarios of digital technology in ideological and political education, identify effective leverage points and important growth areas for enhancing the guiding force of digital ideological and political education, and uphold fundamental principles while breaking new ground to promote high-quality development of ideological and political education.

In January 2024, Minister of Education Huai Jinpeng stated in his keynote speech at the 2024 World Digital Education Conference, "We will implement an AI-empowerment initiative to promote the deep integration of intelligent technology with education, teaching, scientific research, and society, providing effective action support for the development of a learning society, intelligent education, and digital technology." The iterative upgrading of digital technology further accelerates the rapid development of educational digitalization and educational intelligence. Higher education institutions, responding to the practical needs of cultivating and anchoring the souls of the new-era talents, effectively integrating digital technology with ideological and political education, is both a contemporary task for implementing the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education and a key lever for constructing a new ecosystem of ideological and political education.

2024年1月，教育部部长怀进鹏在2024世界数字教育大会的主旨演讲中表示，“我们将实施人工智能赋能行动，促进智能技术与教育教学、科学研究、社会的深度融合，为学习型社会、智能教育和数字技术发展提供有效的行动支撑”。数字技术的迭代升级进一步推动教育数字化、教育智能化的快速发展，高校围绕时代新人培根铸魂的现实需要，切实将数字技术与思政教育有效融合，是落实立德树人根本任务的时代课题，也是构建思想政治教育新生态的关键抓手。

"E-Class" (Yiban), as the largest online interactive community in the nation's higher education institutions integrating education, teaching, daily life services, and cultural entertainment, is the best practical front for online education in higher education institutions in the internet era. The State Council's "Opinions on Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Work in Higher Education Institutions under the New Circumstances" and the Ministry of Education's "Implementation Outline for the Quality Improvement Project of Ideological and Political Work in Higher Education Institutions" point out that higher education institutions should innovatively promote online education, advance the nationwide co-construction of E-Class, and lead the construction of a campus online new media matrix. Since its establishment in 2012, the E-Class Development Center of Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance has adhered to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, centered on the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, adhered to the core concept of ideological education and value guidance, and taken serving student growth as its starting point and ultimate goal. It has proactively advanced the expansion of digital space, fully leveraged intelligent service functions, deeply analyzed user data elements, created and expanded digital scenario applications, and focused on improving systems, cultivating brands, and strengthening organizational guarantees. It continuously promotes the upgrading of the online education system, achieving a multi-dimensional integration of student work and the "E-Class" platform in terms of carrier space, content presentation, and thinking concepts, making it an important carrier and highlight project of the school's online education work. The school has been successively awarded honors such as "National Excellent E-Class Co-Construction University," "National Excellent E-Class Co-Construction Case," and "National Excellent Instructor."

作为全国高校最大的集教育教学、生活服务和文化娱乐为一体的网络互动社区“易班”，是互联网时代高校网络育人的最佳实践阵地。国务院《关于加强和改进新形势下高校思想政治工作的意见》及教育部印发的《高校思想政治工作质量提升工程实施纲要》指出高校要创新推动网络育人，推动易班的全国共建，引领建设校园网络新媒体矩阵。上海立信会计金融学院易班发展中心自2012年成立以来，坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，围绕立德树人根本任务，坚持以思想教育和价值引领为核心理念，以服务学生成长为出发点和落脚点。主动推进数字空间拓展，充分发挥智能服务功能，深入分析用户数据要素，创设拓展数字场景应用，着力从制度完善、品牌培育、组织保障等方面出发，不断推进网络育人体系升级，实现学生工作与“易班”平台在载体空间、内容呈现及思维理念的多维融合，成为学校网络育人工作的重要载体和亮点工程。学校连续获评“全国优秀易班共建高校”“全国优秀易班共建案例”“全国优秀指导教师”等。

As an important measure of the school's comprehensive deepening of the comprehensive reform of "Three-Whole Education," since its establishment, Lixin E-Class has received high attention from the Party committee, with unified thinking and systematic promotion; it has strengthened top-level design, formulated and issued the "1+X" system of E-Class construction, forming a network education model with "service" as the concept and "school-college co-construction." The school has established an E-Class construction work leadership group, with the Party committee secretary as the group leader, and the heads of 18 units including the Propaganda Department, Student Affairs Department, and School of Marxism as members. The leadership group office and the E-Class Development Center are located in the Party Committee Student Affairs Department. Each college has established an E-Class substation, with the secretary in charge of student work as the first person responsible for the college's E-Class construction. The Party Committee Student Affairs Department incorporates E-Class construction into the assessment of colleges and counselors. In 2018, the school issued the "Implementation Plan for Further Promoting E-Class Construction," and for six consecutive years, it has formulated two "Three-Year Action Plans" to solidly advance E-Class construction.

作为学校全面深化“三全育人”综合改革的重要举措，立信易班自成立以来，党委高度重视，思想统一、系统推进；加强顶层设计，制订出台易班建设“1+X”制度体系，形成以“服务”为理念、“校院共建”的网络育人模式。学校成立易班建设工作领导小组，由党委书记担任组长，宣传、学工、马院等18家单位负责人作为领导小组成员。领导小组办公室和易班发展中心设在党委学工部。各学院成立易班分站，分管学生工作书记是学院易班建设第一责任人。党委学工部将易班建设纳入学院和辅导员考核。2018年学校出台《进一步推进易班建设工作实施方案》，连续六年制定两个“三年行动计划”扎实推进易班建设。

注重学生需求，优化网络育人内容，打造特色品牌

Lixin E-Class integrates regional and campus cultural characteristics, closely aligns with student growth trajectories, and is committed to building a mobile campus online interactive community integrating "Party building leadership, ideological education, education and teaching, management services, and cultural innovation," effectively playing a demonstrative role in online education and constructing a "concentric circle" of online ideological and political education. It explores "5+4" nine major E-Class spaces, including "Integrity Education," "Freshman Entrance Education," and "Labor Education," constructing a comprehensive, multi-level online education space. It combines freshman entrance education with E-Class construction, designing and developing the E-Class "pre-school" online space. Each year during the orientation season, it attracts new students to register and use the platform by creating rich content, providing convenient services, and planning exciting activities. Annually, a cumulative total of 5,000 students complete online learning, with a freshman registration rate exceeding 98% and a registration certification rate of 100%. It creates an effective online education brand activity, the E-Class Freshman Class Style Competition. The on-campus competition has been held for 12 consecutive years, with its influence continuously expanding. From 2020 to 2024, the competition was upgraded and iterated to be promoted across Shanghai, with nearly 30 universities, 800 classes, and over 30,000 students participating annually, contributing wisdom and strength to comprehensively improve the quality of online education in Shanghai's higher education institutions and deepen interactive exchanges among co-constructing universities.

立信易班融合区域、校园文化特色，紧密贴合学生成长轨迹，致力于建设成集“党建引领、思想教育、教育教学、管理服务、文化创新”为一体的移动端校园网络互动社区，切实发挥网络育人的示范作用，构建网络思政育人的“同心圆”。探索“诚信教育”“新生入学教育”“劳动教育”等“5+4”九大易班空间，构建全方位、多层次的网络育人空间。将新生入学教育与易班建设相结合，设计研发易班“学前”网络空间。每年迎新季，通过制作丰富内容、提供便捷服务和策划精彩活动等方式吸引新生注册使用，每年累计5000人完成在线学习，新生入驻率超98%，注册认证率100%。打造卓有成效的网络育人品牌活动易班新生班级风采大赛，校内赛已连续举办12年，影响力持续扩大。2020至2024年，大赛升级迭代推广至上海市，每年近30所高校、800个班级参赛、3万余名学生参赛，为全面提升上海高校网络育人质量，深化共建高校互动交流贡献智慧与力量。

Focusing on fostering virtue through education, building an online education team, and strengthening organizational guarantees

聚焦立德树人，打造网络育人队伍，加强组织保障

Doing meticulous and robust ideological and political work for college students is a key link in higher education institutions implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. Ideological and political education is also work concerning "people." Only a high-quality, professional ideological and political work team can ensure the realization of online education goals. Lixin E-Class has formed a "work leadership group, E-Class development center, college E-Class substation, class" school-college co-construction four-level network management system. Under the solid framework of the four-level network, it continuously optimizes the team organizational structure, equips full-time guidance teachers and student backbone members, and builds an efficient, collaborative, and vibrant education team. Facing the challenges brought by the digital intelligence era, it enhances the sense of responsibility, network literacy, and professional skills of teacher and student backbone members through regular specialized training and further education, jointly building an E-Class online community with broad participation from teachers and students, opening a new chapter in education in the digital era. Relying on the incentive plan for backbone education and teaching teachers, it constructs a "teacher-student community" for online ideological and political education, having created 22 E-Class master teacher studios and 56 online cultural quality projects, covering nearly 10,000 teachers and students. Over the years, by continuously improving the online education system and strengthening team building, a comprehensive online education system has been constructed, and the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education have been continuously enhanced.

做细做强大学生思想政治工作，是高校落实立德树人根本任务的关键一环。思政教育又是做“人”的工作，只有高素质、专业化的思政工作队伍才能确保网络育人目标的落实。立信易班形成了“工作领导小组、易班发展中心、学院易班分站、班级”校院共建四级网络管理体系。在四级网络的坚实框架下，不断优化队伍组织结构，配备专职指导老师和学生骨干，构建了一支高效协同、充满活力的育人队伍。面对数智时代带来的挑战，通过定期专项培训进修等方式提升师生骨干的责任意识、网络素养、专业技能等，共筑师生广泛参与的易班网络社区，开创数字时代育人新篇章。依托教育教学骨干教师激励计划，建构网络思政教育“师生共同体”，已创建22个易班名师工作室、56个网络文化精品项目，覆盖师生近万人次。多年来，通过持续健全网络育人制度、加强队伍建设，构建全方位网络育人体系，思想政治教育针对性、实效性得到了不断提升。
